After such a pleasant experience yesterday with great service by Nicole (who hands down makes the best Cesar I have ever had) my sister and I enjoyed everything we had. Service was impeccable! Food was great. Good job Nicole.That being said, this afternoon my sister and I decided we wanted to come back and enjoy lunch and a Cesar again. We entered the restaurant and told the waitress (don’t know her name but she was working today at 2:30pm) that we wanted two Cesar’s. When they arrived they were not the same: so I kindly asked her to bring us some horse radish and a pickle and a menu. Yes I had to ask for a menu. When she returned she didn’t bring the menus. We were already disappointed with the Cesar’s not being the same but that wasn’t a huge deal.I asked her, miss can we please have Menus . That’s when she turned to us i from of two other customers and Rudley replied “yup I only have two hands” and that’s when we both decided that we were no longer interested and decided we would not be dining for lunch at Billy Jax. And we left.I hat a disappointing experience because we were so satisfied with yesterdays service we decided that was our new spot for Cesar’s and lunch. As of now we will not be returning if that waitress is there. I am a waitress and I assure you I would never treat customers that rudely EVER. And I would bring a menu first thing when I seat them to avoid having “both my hands full” if they had to ask.Yesterdays service though, with Nicole and the rest of the staff was amazing!Get that waitress some extra training

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! So here is my experience... today is July 25th at 7:42pm not sure who the "hostest/server" and I use that term loosely... was but as I walked in to meet the "wait to be seated" sign.. naturally We waited to be seated.... to my surprise I meet eyes with the cook who doesnt acknowledge us.. and continue to wait about 10 mins to be noticed by the "hostess" who doesnt greet us with a hello.. she look blank in my face and says "for two?".. I said yes please.. she then nods to the dinning area and tells us to and I quote.. " have a seat anywhere if u can find a clean table".. I look at my husband completely appalled and said can u find anywhere.. he replies with "no, and this is why I said I didnt want to come to this place the service is horrible"... we turn walk out.. meet the same "hostess" who locks eyes with us leaving and doesnt say a word..If I could give negative stars.. I would.. however we came across the street to melanie pringles.. where we were met with smiles!! Amazing customer service. The food was amazing and the 60's theme diner is so cute!!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Food was great but they service is.slow because they usually have one server on per shirt.. but the atmosphere is great and food is great other then that .. but still the servers are great and very kind !?!
Terrible customer service from the moment that we walked through the door. A dirty wash cloth was dipped into a bucket of musty water and slathered over the table we were seated at. Once we sat down, we were left alone for at least 5 minutes. Menus arrived and the waitress took our drink orders (2 waters and a Pepsi) and disappeared for what felt like an eternity. Once we received our drinks, the waitress yet again disappeared. Upon her return, we proceeded to order two pounds of wings and selected the sauce type. After ordering, we inquired about the special and if we have to order a pop (which we had no objections of doing so). Only after asking this, it prompted the waitress to advise that there are no REFILLS on pop drinks when ordering wings. Two seconds after, she proceeds to advise that because it is half priced wings, that you do not get any dips or vegetables either. We left a $5 bill for the Pepsi and walked out to find another place to eat.Needless to say, we will never be coming back and we do not recommend. If I could rate this place I wouldn’t even give it one star.

Food was good. Server definitely could have been a lot more attentive. She was polite and made an effort to find the answers to our questions.! But styrofoam, non-recyclable take out??! Really?! Why? Because it’s cheaper than the alternative?! I asked to speak to the Manager about this. She was very uncomfortable. I tried to reassure her that I found no fault with her, only the company. I also am accountable as I specifically tried to remember to bring my own dish ‘just in case’ and yet forgot. Shame on both of us! No more plastic bags at stores, which break down a lot sooner, but places are still allowed to use styrofoam??! #6 !!!! Unacceptable! Re-election time! Look after the Earth for us, our children and our children’s children NOW!!
Drinks and food with friends on the patio. Food is good drinks are good and are server was great. Was a great experience
great service. the servers here take great care of you and make this place feel like home
