Took my mother and father out for dinner tonight and the food and service was A1! We all had ribs and they were fall off the bone delicious. Manager John came up to us to see how are meal was a couple times very good guy! And our waitress was awesome! Top notch service and food at BR Whitby!
First time at this restaurant. Friendly staff and decent patio seating. I had the tuna tartar which was fairly good. We also had a complimentary dessert after answering their inquiry on celebration. BWaitress brought us our bill before asking us which was a bit presumptuous as sometimes a customer may choose to want something else after the dessert.
Absolutely the best restaurant around. The food and service are always great! Best ribs I've ever had I'll be back!!!
We went dined in a few weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. The service was really good - friendly and attentive. We ordered the Thai steak salad, lobster ravioli and the halloumi gnocchi. All were quite flavourful! I really enjoyed the Thai steak salad. I would definitely come back again!
Had reserved a table for 10 for a family birthday. Arrived to find out we had two separate tables backing on each other, so half of us didn’t get to sit with the birthday girl. I ordered the ribs - meant to be the house specialty - and they were dry and overcooked.
Just went for desert and it was truly delightful. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing the best desert and I was definitely pleased with my choice. Has the carrot cake and it was nice and moist, went well with my espresso martini.
Absolutely amazing service. Jordana and Taylor were exceptional with ensuring that we received all that we needed and more.We love Bâton Rouge, but this location by far has been our best experience across the chain. Would highly recommend dining here.
Had a great dinner at Baton Rouge. I had the New York steak and my girlfriend had the Ribs and Tiger Shrimp. Both meals were amazing. The service was also really great. It was our first time at Baton Rouge and we plan on returning. We had a chance to chat with the General Manager, John Ford. My girlfriend and I believe John truly cares that his customers enjoy their meal and experience at Baton Rouge. Overall, the restaurant had a great vibe to it. One point is that it would be nice to see the staff without masks. As I can't wait to put this entire covid thing behind us. Thank you for the great meal.
The best steakhouse ever! Everytime we go, Baton Rouge never fails to impress me. The steaks are juicy and the portions are generous for the price. The prime rib is amazing. The ambience is classy and cozy at the same time. Definitely a favorite!
Food and service was very poor. Our server kept forgetting to bring us what we asked for, ie, water. Our meat was overcooked and dry. 2 out of the 3 parties became I'll with gastrointestinal issues a couple hours after eating... they felt well before dinner. It took 2 days for them to recover. Would not recommend this restaurant.
