Fast service despite it being really busy. Lots of great flavors to choose from and a bundle of ways to enjoy them. Ice cream shops will never go out of style and this is a classic one.

Worst costumer service ever!! We went here last night to buy two orders of pre packed ice cream paid $13+ each the lady didn’t even packed it full their are spaces on the inside that should have been fully packed with ice cream. Won’t come back again.
Worst store, probably they are impacting the baskin robbin brand value but providing bad service and poor quality of ice cream, in morning i went to buy ice cream and i found hair in ice cream thats what they are serving to customers. Shameful guys ??
I always get my birthday cakes from this location, and they are always great! This year's was extra lovely! Someone did a really great job!
Purchased a birthday cake for my husband. It was the crazy blue monster one. It looked just like the picture online And it tasted great!
Who knew buying ice cream would be such an intensely uncomfortable experience!I went to the store yesterday (Friday) evening, about 10 minutes away from closing time. The staff at the counter was rushing me, body language was very hostile (glaring, slamming things).Suggestions:1. Please treat the customer respectfully as you would expect to be treated. Take tips from any of the fast food joints where you are greeted with a smile, your order is taken in an unrushed manner even if you have many items to order, some locations are open 24 hours and still the staff are cheerful.2.If a customer is going to be treated badly cause its close to closing time, maybe close the store early. As long as the sign says "Open", service has to be top notch. Its okay to walk in and see the floor being mopped but not okay to be treated disrespectfully.3. Ice cream is synonymous with a fun treat. Why go out of your way to ruin a family's evening. Maybe the person who walked in through the door has worked hard all week and is merely looking to unwind.I normally leave 5 star reviews as I am a big supporter of small businesses but looking at all the other reviews feel this is a common issue faced by many other customers. Definitely will not return.
If you want to have a fun family outing for ice cream DO NOT COME HERE!!! The woman working the counter is absolutely unbearable. She rushes you to the point of being uncomfortable " are you ready yet?" To clarify we weren't taking long and my children knew what they wanted right away. She messed up my order and when I told her she threw it in the garbage with such rage. My daughter cried in the car afterwards. No one cared to eat their ice cream we will never return even though we live across the street.
my boyfriend and I walked in at 8:55 (we did not realize they closed at 9:00) and the staff were already cleaning and counting the money… The young blonde working asked if we were paying cash or credit then got upset when we said cash. She gave us a two minute time limit to pick our ice cream. When my boyfriend said he had a peanut allergy she rolled her eyes at us… she huffed and puffed while she cleaned the spoon. She didn’t even have the decency to give a response when we said “thank you, have a good night”moral of the story, DO NOT GO HERE. I’ll continue to support my local ice cream shops because I’ve never had a great experience here. Whether you close in 5 minutes or not, all customers should be treated the same.
