My wife and kids went in on a hot day for a frosty 16 minutes later my wife came out and said the line never moved,no one said anything and she left. She is usually very patient

This is by far wins the award for the dumbest parking lot/drive thru design EVER!!!!!! Especially (for me, arms full with children in tow) if you have to park around back and risk walking out into the live drive thru lane with barely a railing in place... I can NOT believe there has not been multiple accidents here.All that aside, friendly staff, good food. ?
I've been trying to get my order correct for the past two months, I even ask several times while ordering if you have cheese for the grillled wrap i get and it's CONSISTENTLY without cheese once I get home . I'm not confrontational enough to say anything in person, I'm also nothing but respectful whenever I order, could you guys at least TRY. It feels intentional at this point.

Wendy's coupons come out. Woohoo...nope!They scammed us. 2 cheeseburger meals for $12.49 plus taxes. Nope!They charge the full price for each meal (9.79) each and take off $5.44 for the two meals. It's actually $14.14 plus taxes. Rip off! Plus our fries were cold.
We’ve been to multiple Wendy’s locations across both Southern and Northern Ontario. This is by far the worst. The last two visits my burger was smashed - first visit my burger was packed into a ball shape and the last time my patties were broken into multiple pieces and thrown on top of one another.. I cant even describe it. The fries have never once tasted like Wendy’s fries.. whatever oil you guys are using - the fries are just not up to Wendy’s level. I put in a formal complaint to this location through the head quarters website and was left with no response which speaks volumes because any other time Ive ever had an issue at any other location, Ive been contacted within a day or two. Tonight we decided to give this location one last shot.. I truly regret it. After having Wendy’s out in Mississauga earlier this week, I can again verify that there’s something far off about the fries.. and my burger again was a sore excuse for a burger.. missing tomato, one piece of onion and the sheet of lettuce was two inches wide. Do not recommend!
Today is our 8th anniversary so we decided to order in through uber eats. One meal had the wrong side and they were very quick to offer 2 solutions. Went and picked up the correct side as we going out anyways. They went above and beyond when I arrived. My son also had never had Wendy's and he says he will no longer eat at mc Donald's. Everything was 'da bomb' and 100% tastier.
