Worst place ever! They don't scan your card properly... so you don't get your points... my coffee is a large with 1 milk... I constantly order my coffee black now... cuz they never get my 1 milk right... who knew it was rocket science to put 1 milk in a coffee. Also... they never double cup or put a sleeve on a black coffee... again... not rocket science... oh and you should Really train your employees how to put a lid on the hot black coffee... so I don't wear it next time. Horrible.
The slowest location which never seems to get an order correct. You can’t even get your whole order out without the staff consistently asking you if there’s anything else you’d like in your order which is really frustrating because the amount of times he interrupted you, you could’ve been finished ordering. This isn’t a one time thing. It’s EVERY SINGLE TIME I understand you need to clear the line but at least let people speak.Does management not know how to train their staff?1 star is too generous.
I've never found there to be a big lineup the staff are friendly and the coffee is always fresh keep up the great work!

Coffee is always bitter tasting and servers don't stir the the coffee so all the sugar is on the bottom
There were 4 vehicles in front of us and the car in front of me had a single beverage. It took us almost 20 minutes to get to the window. They didn't know our order, which was 2 frozen lemonade an iced coffee and a chocolate milk, they had to make it once we got there which took another 5 minutes. They had 2 staff working and they didn't know what they were don't. 25 minutes is too long to be in a drive thru lineup and they did not even offer a discount of any kind either. I will not go there again and do not recommend it. What a water of time!
They let me sit in a long drive thru line and let me order, when I finally get to the window they tell me the debit doesn't work at the window and I have to come inside. If I wanted to come inside and order I would've done that. Very unprofessional, should have told me at the speaker that you can't take debit at the time. Worst location in Welland
I asked for a strawberry filled donut and a farmers wrap. They gave me a strawberry shortcake donut without telling me since they didn't carry strawberry filled at that location. When I told them, they laughed and said we haven't had those in years, not apologizing or understanding. They guilted me into keeping tge donuts. The farmers wrap was the only one ive ever had that wasnt amazing. Terrible experience.
Demanding that a food truck in the adjacent parking lot remove items from their menu. Which items, exactly? They don't sell coffee.. no donuts.. bagels.. muffins.. Are you talking about wraps? The wraps no one buys at Tim Hortons anyway because they're disgusting?
As this is the closest Tim Hortons to one of my favorite local trucks, I can only assume the owner of this Tim Hortons is the one to complain about local small businesses menu items.Recently have gotten wind that an owner of a Tim Hortons filed a complaint with another local small businesses landlord to have items in their menu that have been there for years, removed. With no justifiable case for this, it's ridiculous that a company of this size would find the time to complain about such things. Owner and anyone else involved... Please get a life.
