Love love love this location! So happy they moved to Niagara Falls. This location has everything, great customer service & a very tidy store. Items do move fast. So if you see something you like it's a good idea to grab it fast because you might lose the opportunity.
I like going to Tim Hortons it's right around the corner from me and I love Tim's hot chocolate after I shoveled the driveway and I have to say I love Tim's chile a lot to and it's clean and I may walk over tomorrow for a hot chocolate and sum chile
They run the same Beverage for 3 hour which needs not more than 20 minsI don’t now where the food safety department have slept.Management is always rude.Better to go somewhere else

Like most anymore there is less and less effort put into your order
No napkins provided, butter soaked bagel and muffin, the muffin was crushed. Instead of a regular perked got a dark roast or very old bitter coffee.
Good timmies never messed up my order yet anyways :)
There are no signs posted anywhere stating only 4 people are allowed to line up inside the store and the employees rudely tell you when you enter like you did something wrong. Customers aren't mind readers, post a sign like all the other businesses.

There is a sameness about the exterior and interior of most Tim Hortons. A nice little twist for this one is a fireplace with three cozy chairs. While evidently not operational in the heat of the summer it would be the best seating in the establishment. The available fare is par for the course for the chain. In these days of covid not all tables were available for use, most of the business being drive through customers. Its near Highway 406 location might make it a good spot for a quiet after work java with a friend.
