bro they made the best vanilla iced coffee i’ve had. perfect amount of ice, perfect amount of syrup, they actually stirred it unlike MANY other locations. definitely a great experience. :)

Pretty good Tim's I have had good experiences here and bad but overall they are good fast service nice staff I only give 4 stars cause I think its odd they give u ur drinks with this werid tray thing but then take ur money and give u back change with their hands makes no sense.
They got my order right and got me to buy their current charity donut. It was good, as are most of their menu items.
The worst Timhortons ever. The drive true is the slowest in Welland. And they just extended to 2 lanes.it's a joke. No good adding another lane if the servers are walking and eggs?
I was stranded at the side of the road between Merrit and Woodlawn on the 406 south. The road inspector took me to the Tim Hortons after I had been waiting for a tow for 2 and a half hours. The Tim Horton staff got permission for me to eat and warm up in the lounge area until I could be picked up by the tow company or a cab. They were a god send
Quick drive thru and they had everything we wanted. I always see lines here but now they just opened up a second line for ordering so it should be much better now. Can't wait to see how it improves the experience.

They need too train more staff. Like how can double drive in.. Work with on 3 ppl... It can you end up waot in like 30 minute for a coffee..... Worst one in town..
