Food was hot and well prepared .Service was pretty good .Showcase was out of several things .Would have given a 5 if service was a little quicker and was able to get a apple fritter.Other then that it is 1 of the better locations I have stopped at lately

The people here are fantastic and I pick up a coffee from the drive thru every morning.

(Depending who’s working the shift) only a select few workers at this location are nice people with good customer service skills, the rest act like they hate their lives and your causing them displeasure. If the few good workers aren’t working you can guarantee that your not getting good or fresh food. I go everyday and 9/10 times they’ll still sell you the stale and hardened cookies donuts etc. every single day the coffee tastes different and in no way shape or form is that a good thing. The majority of the drive thru workers keep the tip instead of giving you change. example : order costs $9.30, you hand them a $10 bill, they’ll keep it. And when you do tip them a lot of the time they don’t even say thanks.In conclusion,Customer service here sucks, orders are consistently wrong, and I’d love a food inspector/official to come in and watch as they make your food. I’m sure there would be numerous violations. In this Tim’s there’s only a few good eggs compared to the bunch.

This timmies is rediculous, I was just there I clearly with a loud voice asked for 2 chicken sandwiches, a blueberrie muffin and a tea, I got one sandwich and a coffee so I had to go back out and buy a tea! If you can't hear people say excuse me next time!

These hard workers serve up fresh food and drink all day, whether kind or rude customers. Thank you?

Something is terribly wrong with their coffee.Rest of the stuff are good. But they should bring their original coffee back. I was addicted and then left it for few months tried again last week 3 times but no change.

We visited for a 6-person sit down at lunch-time. The service was friendly, and as prompt as they could manage. Having the staff both taking your order and completing the covidd registration made the process a bit clumsy, but once the food and drink were on the table, it was plain sailing.

On our way to Airport early morning. We put through a mobile order for coffee as it said this location was open. We arrive it’s not open but lights are on. I call a lady named Donna answers. I say “Hi we just put through an order on the app but you’re not open…” before I could finish she interrupts me and says “yeah we’re not open!” With attitude. I replied “yes I understand that but I was wondering if we will get refunded because the app already charged us” Donna replies “Just come get it when we’re open!”Worst attitude ever completely unnecessary!

Sometimes they focused more to serve drive through customers and ignore in store customers.
