Today we had to deal with an ignorant 15 year old kid at the drive through that clearly her parents failed to teach her manners. She was extremely rude and her supervisor was even more ignorant and kept making excuses for her instead of apologizing for the error... Going forward, we will be using the McDonald's down the road to get our coffees.
Went in the drive thru this morning to get breakfast before work. i asked for a croissant heated up with butter and an old fashioned plain doughnut. I received a honey crueller doughnut and a the croissant did not have butter. no fun :(
Went through drive through..fairly busy but line moved well. Order was accurate and fresh. The staff member was friendly .

Don't come here if you are trying to grab a quick coffee. Loooong lines in the drive through. Super slow. I try this location every so often hoping that it will somehow be different. It never is.
Slowest drive through experience ever. Even when I got to the window it took them 1 minute for me to pay and a whole 2 more minutes to get my coffee… and I didn’t even order any food… they need to work on their staff training.
Fast preparation of mobile orders and staff has made sure I got exactly what I ordered. This is one of my go-to Tim Hortons spots since it is one of the closest to me and I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Very rude workers here. I bought a coffee and a farmers wrap, my coffee tasted alright but my wrap the tim hortons worker squished. I would never order food or a coffee here again.
I’m not normally a Tim Horton fan because of their heavy use of sugar. Because of the situation I visited a couple stores because supply want almost nonexistent. I’ll prob return in another year when I get over the sugar high.
