charge for a whole bottle of water if you're hot and ask for tap water ridiculous

Workers at this tim hortons refused to give me a cup of water for my dogs who were extremely hot outside and said they needed to charge for a cup of water. Water that comes from their tap not a water bottle

The staff member at the take out window on Sat Apr 9th was rude and not freindly at all. Service was very unprofessional and will not go back to that Tim's.
Morning staff is fantastic 10/10! I go through around 6 a.m. they work fast and accurately. Friendly
I just left this Timmy's 7:35pm December 8th .. I will start by saying the coffee is great ! The young man working window was nice as can be !! But to the lady working where I couldn't see her but answered the mic. She was incredibly ignorant for no reason !!! Sure the young man wouldn't give me her name that's fine and sure she underfilled my coffees by 3 inches , that's fine also . Just please stop being rude to people because your miserable for what ever reason. It's not my fault you had a bad day ! And I hope your day's get better I wish you luck in the future.
I would like to put in a good word for the staff that work here.I know that the company itself (I've had friends who have worked there in the past) put total priority on drive-through time, and that the goal is to get the customers going as fast as possible.Especially when you consider that, the staff here do an amazing job with their customer service. Joanne especially is always friendly and offers great service. Her actions make me feel welcome to return to this location, which I often do.From my place of work another Tim's location is actually much closer - but I always come here for the better service.There's also a younger guy who works window from time to time, his service is also equally great. Wish I knew his name right now so he could have credit.Anyways thank you guys for the consistent great service - that is what makes people return.
Normally I have no problems here the odd screw up on the order but that happens everywhere. However when I came back because they screw up my coffee order and charged me for a large double double. They had this entitled attitude like it was somehow my fault for them screwing up a medium black and having the nerve to point it out. They than preceded to make remarks under their breath about how long it would take to find a receipt that I asked for when I came back and than still didn't give me my receipt. Keeping in mind I wasn't rude or giving attitude back. Besides that it tastes like they burn the coffee here it really feels like it's a 50/50 chance on whether its burnt or not. Overall really disappointing experience here and lately with the coffee too. Service 3/10 coffee 5/10. McDonald's and A&W have better coffee and are just down the street. Avoid this location.
