8 out of 10 times I have to get them to make me another coffee it doesn't taste like it suppose to. I think both the creamer & sugar machine doesn't dispense the right amount!!! They probably haven't been replaced since they opened. GET NEW MACHINES SO I CAN GET THE COFFEE I WANT & PAID FOR!!!! The staff understands when I ask them to remake my coffee. GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF!!!
It was a long wait they didn't have enough cashiers working at the front and the two people that were working at the front were really slow. But the bagel was very good.

There was some miscommunication in drive through. So I came in to get what I thought I was missing. It was completely my mistake! They showed me the receipt, and still fixed it even though it was my misunderstanding! The team was so sweet and everytime I've gone in they've gone above and beyond.I need to remember to bring cash sometime so I can tip them all. They deserve it ?Best location in Welland for sure!
Rip off why was I charged $2.30 for a large coffee just because I purchased a sandwich you wouldn't think I would check next time I come in I'm just taking my order and walking out you want to rob me well karma is coming to teach you a lesson

Slower than paint drying, order was wrong, coffee had more cream that coffee
Drive through can be quite busy at times, but they always have fast service and always get my coffee with a smile
