Staff are always super friendly and they get through line ups fairly fast! Never had an issue with my orders.
Other than waiting a bit longer for my biscuit because of eggs not yet ready, the service is very good. Premises were clean too.
Today, I ordered a 2 Veg Habenaro wraps with a Small Steep tea 3*3 with Chai tea bag. And requested to add extra corn in the wraps but one of their Senior employees at front counter replied that 'We don't add it or We don't have it'. But at all other locations, I get it. I felt it in a bit rude way but she was not actually rude, she was speaking politely to everyone.When I get the order, I got it without napkins as well as Tea was not even stirred, And one wrap has no corn or any other veggies in it, while the other was fully loaded.I am quite dissapointed on my first visit at this location because it was not busy at all, but I hope that it will get better from next time.Please & thank youMay 9 2022, 1:40 pm

Rude older lady, telling me how to hold my card against scanner, after the payment went through I asked for receipt she was gone already.Food was okay.Lack of good customer service

Ordered two roast beef craveables, got the coffee, we were forgotten about, til hubby asked... we were told that we were forgotten about. Sad
Please learn how to make tea, and teach the employees. The bag must go in before the hot water or it does not steep. $2 for a cup of milky hot water is truly disappointing. Not particular to only this location, but very common problem at Tim Hortons. There is no flavour of tea in this at all - tea with 1 milk.
They're all the same. All convenience and no food quality. Fancy adverts using pop stars, is just another sell out moment!Coffee?Terrible!I make it at home cheaper and it doesn't taste burned.
