Had the double halibut. Done very nicely with light crispy batter and a load of fries, with tartar sauce and a crunchy delicious coleslaw. Best part was Melissa, great server. It was slow getting the order and I realize they were very busy, but the wait was definitely worth it.
When it's made right, it's probably a top 3 pizza in the region. It's a delicious sauce and it's always cooked to perfection. Customer service isn't always their strong suit in my opinion. Phone calls have gone unanswered for me and timed orders don't always get done on time. I've been there a few times for pickup orders and it can be an awkward wait because the 'dine-in' or 'patio' customers seem to take precedent I would be there weekly if not for the customer service. It is a must try in my opinion
Ordered medium rare steak but got a hard, dry, no flavour, medium one.However, the hostess, servers were super nice and friendly. Wings were hot, crispy, and flavourful ?
Best cup and char pizza pie in town and wings are big, just like you get in Western New York. Beers are nice and cold as well.
Great atmosphere and service
Long wait time for takeout order. I came 2 times in this restaurant. Both times waiting more than 30 minutes. I think you need better cook in kitchen. I am not satisfied with service .sorry for rating
ordered food tonight from these guys for the first time. pizza good, wings good....poutine not so good, pay almost 15 for a poutine and you only get a shot glass full of gravy...for shame!
Picked up pizza kits. Super friendly and the pizza was so good. Thanks! Ate in last night - pizza and wings and it was all amazing! Try the salt and pepper wings. Great service and ice cold beer! Thanks again!
Ordered here tonight as we are moving tomorrow and everything is packed away. Asked for utensils didn't get any. Didnt receive the cesar salad we ordered. Ordered a poutine for myself (8 months pregnant so this poutine was needed) didn't have any gravy on it. Asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich and they put double on it. My husband called to get the gravy and the cesar salad that was missing delivered. Driver came with the salad, and some sort of chicken soup turned into gravy ( was suppose to be beef gravy) ..so disappointing and will never order here again.
Great food! I keep coming back ever since I moved to Welland. Try the 7-Iron Steak Sub, you wont regret it.
