Didn't have any pot pies, which was disappointing. Very gracious cashier redid my order, didn't charge me for an extra and gave me m&ms for the trouble. Got home and it was the completely wrong order. Will only dine in from now on.
Enjoyed a get together of 8 friends and reminiscing our time together over the last 40+ years! Here's to the next get together!Brittany was our server and she was absolutely amazing and very attentive...Thanks Brittany! We all enjoyed our meals that were delicious and served promptly.
Ordered takeout/delivery from here a few times. Nice presentation, and tasty chicken. Meets Swiss chalet standards. Yum!!
Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of service at the Welland location. Ordered a quarter chicken meal with garden salad through Uber Eats. Order arrived with just the chicken. Garden salad missing. Contacted the store. They indicted they would package and send the missing order. It’s been over an order and I’m still waiting. This store clearly doesn’t want my business. Unacceptable.
Ordered through skip the dishes. This is how my mashed potatoes with a side of gravy came? I asked for it on the side not submerged in the mashed potatoes? Absolutely disgusting. Also forgot our drinks in the order. One of the worst restaurants in welland. *I’d also like to add customer service clearly doesn’t see an issue with anything!! Apparently it should be skip the dishes problem!!* I’m sorry I’m pretty sure my delivery driver didn’t do this. It would be the unsanitary staff. Seems to be an ongoing issue at this location.
Waited a half hour in the curbside pickup space after letting them know I was there for my online order, then another ten minutes inside when I got fed up and walked in, defeating the purpose of the curbside pickup. Finally got my order, got home and half my meal and both rolls were missing, as well as the side of gravy we ordered. What food we did receive was somehow still warm. Overall very disappointing.
So amazing they have their own delivery service and I love it. Easy to use and great deals. Food was nice and hot!!!
Spent $100+ for cold food and there was $25 of alcohol missing from order. I called the store SIX TIMES with no answer. I called corporate. They had me on hold for 10 minutes while they attempted to contact the store. Still no answer. Corporate told me they left a note for the store and that they (or corporate) would call me back. I waited another 10 minutes before driving down to the store. Inside, no phone ringing, a few people standing around. A nice lady I've seen a few times at the front helped me and went to go speak to their manager in the Managers Office. About 8 minutes later the nice lady at the front found the missing alcohol. Do you think the manager could be bothered to come out of their office to address the issue, or you know, apologize? Nope! Hid in their office like a coward the whole time. TERRIBLE management. No wonder this store has such low star reviews. Cold food, missing items; I'm not the only one. And before corporate attempts to reach out to me, don't. I wouldn't eat this food now for free.
I've ordered from here twice (Welland location) and both times they forgot something from my order. First time they forgot my chalet sauce, and my second order they forgot my 4 white rolls. Not big items, but still frustrating considering I'm not going to waste gas driving all the way back. I'm afraid if I order from here again, they'll forget my whole chicken or something. Whoever puts the orders together needs to pay attention and confirm all items are in the bag. When I tried calling the store , no one answered the phone. Otherwise food was ok.
Terrible experience with delivery. Food was prepared but waited so long for delivery it was cold. They did not follow delivery instructions either. Paid for a chicken sandwich & poutine. The chicken was well over cooked, the poutine.. were fries. ? The vegetable pot pies had spilled all over the boxes. I have tried to call the restaurant repeatedly but they do not answer. Would not recommend.
