Placed a mobile order for pick up for 6 subs… 1 6in & 5ft longs. 1 of the ft longs wasn’t anything I ordered. I called to get it fixed but was told I got the right amount and then hung up on. Called a second time and the person is now telling me I got what I ordered…. Yes the sizes, bread type, meats were right…. Topping on the one was completely wrong. She argued that they were all right. So I went to the store with said sub and showed them the sub and asked them to show me on the receipt which sub I got. They couldn’t tell me and finally apologized and remade the sub. Oh and a small thing that bugs me is when I call a business… please please answer and state the business name. Nothing worse then having employee answering by saying hi and that’s it. Lincoln street, Welland, Ontario
Absolutely disgusting. There was literally CHUNKS of hair baked into my bread. I am appalled to say the least. Never eat here unless you’re down for eating hairy bread.
I ordered through Skip, the delivery was fine, which isn't subways problem anyway, it was the way it was made. Not to mention the hairs on my sub, but they forgot almost every topping but the chicken, lettuce and pickles. No cheese, didn't toast, forgot all the veggies. The sandwich was also drenched in mayo (which I didn't even ask for), that I couldn't even taste the chicken or lettuce and since the one thing I ordered that was actually on the sub was pickles l, it felt like I was eating spoonfuls of rotten mustard.
Clean place, changed gloves after each customer. Crispy chicken small but tasted good.
Rude, rude, and rude! I question the cleanliness behind the scenes judging by what you see up front. They act like each piclle they give you costs them a fortune. Not fresh and felt gross afterwards. Please go elsewhere and save the tummy upset!

Very horrible service, worker was rude, very little toppings, half of any other Subway. This Subway is by far the worse Subway I have ever been to. STAY AWAY, any other Subway but this one.
The usual good selection and a new veggie chicken bowl, the wife said she enjoyed it with double chicken.
Once had it rated at 1 star. Revisited. It appears most of my concerns from previous were addressed. Good to see that have improved the overall quality of there establishment. Employees seem much more enthusiastic and motivated. Will return.
