Good food good people. I hope to make this a new regular stop on my route for work. Good way to mix up your lunches. And dinners.
I ordered it from skip for lunch…got the chicken schwarma plate and oh my stars. Its really good! I got it with the garlic sauce, it was delicious. The chicken was fresh, a little crispy which was amazing and those veggies and hummus? Amazing. Cant wait to try it again and maybe try the desserts as well! :)
I tried this place for my birthday take out order , and unfortunately I should have went with my gut. I ordered online and the special instructions section was ignored ...my fries weren't separated and covered with the overcooked greasy, crunchy bits of chicken shawarma. The pita was falling apart with a small amount of ingredients. Everything tasted as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp. ? I won't be back.
I was introduced to the Shawarma house last summer and it was love at first bite!
Loyal customer since moving here 18 months ago from TO, as good or better as any back in TO, but last 2 times were terrible, minimal extras and sauce in sandwich, arabic wrap was a mess, blame it on staff turnover, may try again on weekend when there are more staff on and maybe owner is there, but three strikes and that will be it... Went back on weekend and back to normal, ie great.
My husband works nearby and has been here a few times. I’m a huge shawarma salad fan, so he brought me one to work for lunch. Absolutely amazing, fresh and beyond delicious!! Thanks for the great lunch
I ordered 2 chicken Shawarma wraps, food tasted good, portion size could have been better for getting the lrg wraps that cost $18 for both. Main reason for the 3 star rating was because I asked for certain items like cucumbers not to be in the wraps but unfortunately they were, so I had to pick out some undesired items I didn't want while eating. In all food was good though!

I've only eaten here 2-3 times. The service is standard but with a smile typically. The food however is very good. I come from Toronto and Brampton where there is Indian and Arab foods ok every corner. Coming from the peninsula recently (hamilton/Burlington) I can say shawarma house are far better than any chair restaurants in that area. They make fantastic tabouli oh so fresh and yummy. They have generous portions but not so much you waste. They also have strangely potent and delicious garlic sauce which they are also not chinsy with. I'll be eating there a lot.Side note, they do sell hookahs and accessories too. Nice ones. Good varietyThey also have baklava platters (maybe just for holidays) they sure look delicious. Thanks guys.
I ordered 1 beef and 1 chicken shawarma plate. The flavours were there but the quality in meat was not. The “beef” had the consistency of a sponge. The chicken was full of fat and skin. I can’t recall ever getting a shawarma plate served with the chicken skin still on. Friendly staff.
