Been a regular customer for a long time. Always love the food. Recently had a delivery issue and they made it right. Solid customer service .
What's all the raving about? I know most people in Welland have never eaten good food but folks let's be serious, this pizza is awful. We recently ordered from them and ended up throwing half the pizza in the garbage. The sauce is nothing special, the dough is tougher than the sole of my shoe, and it's greasy to boot! You can find much better.....yes even in Welland, and a lot cheaper as well. Obviously we won't be ordering from Rose City again.
Takes a long time to be ready (minimum 1hour) but the food is outstanding.Best pizza in the region, by far.Their wings are always done perfectly, a little crispy and great flavour.Hot wings have a good kick and great flavour.They're also a great size.Even the carrots are usually good and not bottom of the bag like some places.
Walked in for a slice, another customer butted in front of me and because he was friends with the manager, was given all slices for free leaving me with a 12 minute wait. I walked out immediately and will not be back
Excellent pizza and wings! We usually order from here. Would be a 5 but it seems every time something is missing. We called last time and asked for our missing items and NOT to knock on the door as we have a baby sleeping (note on door) and the sign was missed BOTH times.Great spot for pizza and wings, just if you order extra double check your order before closing the door.
Awesome pizza and slices! The sauce they use is delicious. I stop by here every time I’m in Welland. Highly recommend!
First time ordering from here. Pizza was good...the sauce is unique...very good.Not impressed with the wings...they tasted like they had been refried. So over cooked and dry.Super fresh garden salad.
We ordered an extra large special 3 topping. We live in the falls and would return for more! Pizza was one of the best we've had in a long time!! You guys are crusing it!
Best straight up pepperoni pizza in my opinion. Always good. Also, if you haven't had a chance to try their focaccia it is absolutely delicious.
Place is always busy, good on them. Pizza is good. It's unreal wait an hour for the pizza, than another 18 minutes outside in the freezing cold.Some really old guy in a plaid shirt, trucker hat and glasses skipped in front of the entire line outside and I heard him bragging to the young girl working he just skipped entire line, unreal girl said nothing and got his pizza, I also told him off twice.Pizza was cold and took aprx 1hr 18 minutes to receive and they dont enforce there 2 people allowed in store police anyways. Like I said pizza is good but not that good will not be back.
