Came in around 4:30pm July 4th to get a slice of pizza after work employee working was blatantly touching food with their bare hands without washing them or putting on gloves after handling money from the customer before me. There was also young children running around in the back of the kitchen that can’t be right. Overall, one of the worst and most disgusting fast food experiences I’ve ever had I will never return nor will I recommend it to anyone!
Came in for my lunch break today and the lady making my pizza was not wearing gloves, handling money and then continuing to touch my pizza with her bare hands. My boyfriend who came in with me is now sick and throwing up. I do not feel good either. I watched the lady put my pizza into the oven, take change from another customer and then adjust my pizza with her bare hands… gross
This place worst pizza pizza in Ontario served me some undercooked wings and fries, made me sick all night. Had to call in sick for work was still puking next morning and felt horrible all day, never go here, worst pizza pizza.
They made amazing pizza and they have very nice employees and the lady employee at this store is just goddess in making delicious pizza
Ordered a vegetarian calzone when it arrived it contained meat. Called to explain the situation told a new one was being sent over, waited an hour and a half for it to arrive with no apology.
They always have our pizza ready, on time and to perfection, just as my son loves it!Thanks folks for making our Friday nights memorable and delicious!
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza well done on Saturday night for me and a friend. We both got super sick the next day and when looking back at the time I called and the time the pizza showed up it was definitely not in the oven for long enough. Second day now and I can't stand up without being dizzy and an awful stomach ache. Raw dough can seriously hurt people. Not cool, never ordering from here again
I went there asking about the walk in special that I usually get from the location on East Main. The girl there lied to me and said that the prices were changed a couple days ago in all the locations. Only to find out that the special was still at the East Main location. It would have been better if she had said they don’t carry that deal at that location.
Worst customer service . The girl who was on front was so rude. Has no manners to greet. I will never like to go this place again but my bad this is closer to my house. So I have to go. But really the girl was not good. You should hire someone with manners and who know the way to talk and attend customers. She spoiled my all mood .
Worst experience ever ordered pizza this night and i asked the girl at front to toss the sauce on top of wings it wasn't there and the whole pizza wasn't properly cooked . Worst customer service. I usually go to the niagara falls pizza pizza but tonight i was working in welland and when you get service like this it's dissatisfying.
