We ordered Vege-lovers pizza on last Saturday, July 9th, 2022. Wewere very disappointed because we were cheated by the employee, Simon of Pizza Hut of Welland, Ontario. Our first order was not done right, so we asked him to do it again with our specific instructions. He was not happy but told us that come back in 15 minutes. He closed the pizza box and told me to pay. I opened the box and told him that this was the old pizza. He then went inside and brought another closed box of pizza. I paid in full and picked up the puzza. When we went home, we saw the toppings were all burnt. We called the restaurant immediately but nobody answered. He knew the pizza was burnt so, he wanted to give us the old pizza with issues. We had to throw the burnt pizza and made ourselves soup and sandwich because it was too late to cook anything. He was not honest to tell me that the pizza was burnt. We wasted our time and money. We took the photo of burnt pizza, before throwing.Manager should investigate and fire Simon for his dishonesty.Please open the box and check your pizza before paying. Thank you.

How to eat this pasta? Requested utensiles but nothing came..

I ordered a chicken rustico some woman from the back ran up and was shouting there is no grilled chicken. I would have appreciated being told instead of being shouted at. I ordered a Supreme. This woman is shouting at the drivers....I would have told her off and quit.

My wife and I wanted a medium Hawaiian pizza but my computer was not cooperating. Drove to Pizza Hut on Niagara and asked them if I could order there at the store. I told them I had the coupon with the promo code. They WERE VERY accommodating. I'll give them that. Once I got home and opened up the box, I noticed that there might have been 15 pieces of pineapple and about the same for the ham. Still, it went down the hatch and tasted pretty good, but if you want the Hawaiian with the usual amount of ham and pineapple, get it at the regular price ... about 25 bucks!! You pay a large price for the promo code. VERY disappointed!!! Nice looking photos of pizza's loaded right up; they just don't deliver that way when you pay with the promo code!!! Best tasting pizza I've ever ordered, but will go to Domino's to get more pineapple and ham on my Hawaiian. Have a nice day!!

My favorite pizza out of the major chain pizzasI miss being able to eat in but at least they kept a pizza hut local in this city.

Since the change of location service has taken a dive.Another story of ordered pizza that simply never showed up. No one answers the phone. 2.5hours after I placed my order someone answers and says it would be convenient if I came in at a particular time to get my refund after a brief attempt at saying my pizza was delivered half an hour ago...Not worth the hassle ordering from here and wondering if your food will even show up.

The food was amazing as always... however the driver was a real piece of work. He didnt even look at the delivery instructions, went to the front of my building, then called and all but demanded we come outside to get our food... then when confirming the total he interrupted and said "yeah that's not including my $5-10 tip, I dont work for free..." and when we explained we are on a fixed income and cant afford to pay an additional $5-10 like he wanted, he responded with "then I guess you should order less food next time so you can afford to pay me what I deserve... or maybe dont order delivery if you're that broke"... so we handed him $30 to pay for the order ($28.80) and then refused to give us our $1.80 change! He literally walked back to his car and then left...We tried to call the store to let them know, but there was no answer. Tried the customer service line and still nothing. I sent an email through the contact me page on the website, as well as left a review including our horrible experience, but we have yet to hear anything back yet... and it's been 2weeks.

Would give 0/5 if it was possible. Ordered at 6:10PM and heard nothing at all for over an hour so tried calling the store phone number. It just rang and rang and rang.. and then disconnected my call. I wanted to cancel the order because there was no way my food was still going to be warm, but I couldn't even talk to anybody at the store because they refused to pick up the phone.Then I get a phone call at 8:30PM saying that "your order has already been delivered" as if they KNEW I was trying to cancel it. Everything was extremely cold and whoever called to say it was delivered hung up on us after we stated that it all the food was extremely cold and that we no longer wanted it.
