Great Customer service. The store is clean, has a great atmosphere, and Awesome food...love to visit again.

Kind of easy to miss this spot as it is on fast food row and amongst other businesses. But it is worth finding. Staff are efficient and friendly. The falafel I had was one of the better ones I have had in a long time.
Best pitas and rice bowls! I love this particular location, extremely friendly staff and owners! My friends and I go so frequently that they already know what we want when we go in, always make us feel like family! :) Entire office usually comments on how good it smells in the lunch room when we get it!:)
I don't eat here often so I gave it a try with my wife after receiving a coupon in the mail as the pitas can be quite expensive. The "large" pita is not large, it's small, very small, with a small portion of meat. I ordered the Philly cheese steak (which comes with a tiny scoop of cheese) and my wife ordered the twisted chicken. Very disappointed to be hungry after finishing our pitas. There was also a communication barrier with the loud noises, talking through glass and mask wearing, it was very difficult to get my order across. The folks behind me also dealt with a communication barrier as well.The restaurant was clean, the vegetables were fresh and the employees were courteous. Needless to say, they didn't win me over as a customer.
Really hope they go back to sliced Swiss cheese, now that's it's thinly shredded you get less even when paying for extra now. it just does hit the same.
We placed our order through the Pita Pit app and the estimated time was 25 minutes; my issue was not about the pick up time, (as much as I agree that for two items it would not take the 25 min quoted time) We ordered from across town and when we did arrive, we were parked out front and waiting in the truck as we knew we were early, there were no other customers coming or going the entirety of our waiting time. The entire time we waited the girls were standing together talking and cleaning up a few things. We figured that since we placed the order over ten minutes before our arrival and that the girls were just hanging around that it would be ready so we went in to get the order.The problem that I have is that the past three consecutive times that I've ordered from this location the EXACT same thing happens... we show up and they have no idea what order we're talking about, then they look at the iPad and say "oh just one minute" as they have not even started the order.When I expressed my frustration with the girls, they not only did not offer an apology or any means of compensation but they were hesitant and stand-offish about giving the managers contact information (who may I add- did not seem to care in the slightest).To me this is an unacceptable way for a business to go about especially when it's continually happening within the same location and when I'm spending anywhere from $30-60 per meal for only two people.Will not return to this location.
Terrible….just ordered a chicken slouvaki pita…came home to see a black bean disgusting pita!?
Worst food ever now!!! Used to eat from here all the time!!!! SMALL PORTIONS..trust me you will leave hungry!!! Makes me sad these people bought it off old owner….welland is falling apart!! Seen they are the LOWEST on skip the dishes also….speaks VOLUMES. Less then a one star
