Just once I'd like to go to this location and have a positive experience.Drive-thru was busy, and we sat waiting for someone to serve us while the other side had 3 orders taken. When the guy finally took our order, we had to repeat it 3 times.Person who took payment wasn't pleasant, barely spoke except to say pull ahead and wait.When the food finally came, we didnt receive a receipt or straw in the bag, fries were ice cold, and our hamburgers were missing half of their toppings and completely squished.We are so done with this location!
Ordered just one coffee, waited 15 minutes, I asked in a very polite manner how long it will take because my taxi driver was waiting, and they replied that "we are doing our job"I had to walk out without my order, that I did pay
Okay so there's this sweet human that works there her name is Cassidy.. everytime I go there she always serves me at the window so kind and she's a sweetheart . Killer smile . Just super sweet ! Thanks for always making my days better.She is awesome !!
Stay away from this location! Constantly messing up orders, below average customer service, and tonight my daughter ordered a fry and the worker carried the fries by the top of the carton, so their palm was all over her french fries. Barf.
4 times out of the 5 that I've been there, I apparently picked the wrong drive thru line. Usually the customer in front of me is patiently staring at the board while we watch several cars pass us in the adjacent lane.
Wow let me tell you what happened. I ordered a happy meal on my phone app. I get to McDonald's give them the code at drive thru and again at window. Get to pick up window and they cannot find my order they tell me it was canceled in error. They give me free Happy Meal. Go home a little later I hear my phone telling me about online purchase of $41.97. Then get email confirming my McDonald's order which was not a Happy Meal but this order of $41.97. I called them the lady apologized told me they would refund money and gave me free Meal. Tried to get explanation of how this could happen but she could not explain. So buyer beware especially when making online purchases.
Waited forever to order. When I got my food, they forgot the fries in my son's happy meal and had somehow misheard my "extra pickles" as no pickles. The dining room floor had bits of food all over it and even when it slowed down, nobody came out to clean the dining room. My wife and I both worked in fast food when we were younger and this place would have been completely unacceptable to our bosses. Altogether unsatisfactory experience.
We visit here often as it's our local McDonald's. We always do drive through. Rarely do we get our order at the window. Almost always have to pull forward and wait. It's far from perfect. My wife stop placing any order more complicated than a happy meal as it was always wrong. One day she got an open half eaten bag of apples in her meal. We got a new bag and an apology. She recently found she likes the Jr chiken. I ordered her 2 with tomato and onion. It was bad enough they charged 40 cent for tomato per sandwich but today would seem they raised the price to 50 cents. Fare enough things are getting expensive. Take a look at this photo of her Jr chiken and you tell me. Is it the cost of ingredients going up or the crazy amount this store is waisting. There is something wrong over at this place. It's mismanaged severely.
This location is great! I come at least once a week (pregnancy cravings will do that to you) and every time I'm always impressed by the speed of service and how friendly the employees that bring curbside orders out are. Have never had any of my orders missing any items or anything incorrect. Will always pick this location over Niagara St!
12:45am Saturday night March 5th Cassidy cashier. No receipt given, so can't do this on their website. Everything was cold. Fries had enough salt for 10 meals. I asked for extra pickles, but request wasn't fulfilled. Save money, buy gas instead of getting gas from their terrible food.
