Worst meal ever. Chicken was so dry and old. Super greasy,salty. Ordered a mega fry got a sm. In a bag. They gave me an extra piece that literally had the marks from the metal shelf they hold it on. Can't believe the manager on the floor let someone send that kind of disgusting chicken out to a customer. Especially with how expensive it is. Shame on you KFC Welland.

Worst KFC! Terrible customer service, I called to let them know I received the wrong order AND instead of fixing the order they demanded a receipt and then hung up.. I just wanted my Zinger box.. will be calling head office about the manager at this location.EDIT: I got someone amazing at head office who actually cares and management at this location is now under heavy surveillance and questioning from head office as to why the costumer service is absolutely DISCUSTING. Should have just fixed my order instead of hanging up on me.

I was a regular customer, not anymore. They privillaged all the skip and online orders and when I walked in the line up was 2 people in front they all said good luck we've been waiting over an hour..nevermimd the line up for waiting on placed orders. "The said manager said wait or leave compàny demands this is what we do"" we all chose to leave except 2 ppl behimd us...aout of 4n ay other Tim have to ask for extra gravy jut to have some gravy! Noome wear gloves!?! Its not a thing no more? And man the boss to poor to hire more workers never mind give you some gravy...

0 Stars. Placed a delivery order, over 30 minutes later I was called and told that I needed to cancel my order or wait over 2 more hours. I had to call corporate myself and provide every single detail of the order in order to cancel it. Aweful customer service. Will not make that mistake again.

Went to dine in. Would not take my order as they were to busy with skip the dishes orders. Place is a poorly managed and no customer service. Head office blew off my complaint. Never getting my money ever. Off to Popeyes Chicken for dinner

I ordered online at 9:09 pm April 6 2022. ( They close at 10:00 according to the website) Delivery confirmation e-mail received but that was all. NO FOOD was delivered but my credit card was charged. I called customer service @ 10:30 who told me they would connect me to the (now closed) store. I told him I had already tried and that the store didn't answer because they were closed. He said sorry about that and I would get my money back in 1-5 business days. So no food and the privilege of paying for it for up to 5 days. He also said you're welcome at the end of the call even though I hadn't thanked him for anything. Talk about insult to injury. Does this mean KFC doesn't want my business? This seems like a pretty straight forward message saying so!

KFC online order is a central system. We ordered and payed for a pick up. Find out Welland can not fullfill our order due to no containers for sides. (Suplier issue). Such issue should have been disclosed when placing our order. Cancelled order and it took 5 days for refund.

When I was a kid, our Sunday consisted of dad picking up a bucket of KFC and going to a park to eat. I wanted to relive that by going to get some KFC, boy, has it changed, for the worse. The bucket was pieces of chicken, mostly wings, 3 drumsticks, most of them were not coated , and you could see the skin like flesh on most, I was disgusted. I remember getting huge pieces of chicken, and they were coated so nicely. KFC, your not what you use to be.

I sorely wish that I had listened to the reviews before making the trip to Welland. This was the worse and smallest KFC that I have ever eaten. The thighs were the size of a chicken wing. The chicken was greasy and FAR from being crispy. We had KFC in Port Colborne for years. It was the best!!! The fellow who ran it along with his staff were the nicest people. Sadly, it closed and the Welland store is our only outlet. This family has been craving KFC for a long time. Todays indulgence was the first and last time that the Welland store will get our business. Our dog, who'd eat anything not tied down, turned her nose up at what was offered. That's pretty bad. Again, I wish that I had accepted the reviews as being accurate.

awful, absolutely awfulterrible slow service and quality...it's like they never change their oil.A 2pc. is 1pc cut in half,I went today and the little girl at the cash was rude and deaf, also she confirmed my order and then tried to give me a different deal afterwards.Too boot, I was given attitude and expected to just take it and hurry up and pay.She need to be retained at the least.3 attempts 3 failsnever again!!!!!
