Absolutely terrible service. Waited atleast 30 minutes at the drive through until I gave up and as soon as I started driving away they went to take my order. Car infront didn't get their food for another 15 minutes, and another car came in behind me, so I was stuck in the drive through for around 45 minutes. Waste of time and good for nothing store
We were at Harvey at 7:40 tonight and there was an employee a young man spraying cleaner on the hood over the grill and he got down saying it was dropping onto his face. When we asked for our burgers to be made over we got the look and then an apology. The towels that he was using to wipe the hood were black after he wiped it down. I hope someone with power sees this and puts some cleaning procedure times in place and definitely not when customers meals are being cooked.Jack and Leah Morettie
This restaurant is a gem! My husband must have his burgers plain and the staff, especially Juno and Ahmed got it right. They were very courteous and helpful. Way to go! I will eat there again.
Slowest restaurant in all of Ontario, I think I could go have.m a 5 course meal at the keg before this place could simply make me a burger and fries. Absolutely ridiculous.
Placed an order through the app for 550 pick up order wasn’t ready at 550 no biggie. My girlfriend waited 45 minutes for the food for it to be thrown out and then was told that someone picked up the order already. She had to go back in line and explain the situation to the staff of which they argued with her about it and suddenly were able to make the food within minutes. We’re getting Wendy’s next time
Terrible experience, the floors are sticky and the windows are disgusting. Our burgers were ready to be dressed but the kids that is supposed to dress the burgers stands there while our burgers are getting cold rather than announce the order. I had to ask if that was our order. Absolutely no sense of urgency or pride in his work.
I went to Harvey’s for lunch today. Got the new angus ringer combo! It was absolutely delicious! The service was also very fast & friendly!
Worst drive thru in all of Niagara. Staff seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and are extremely rude, the older women being the worst. Have had them give me attitude at the speaker for asking a question, they have tried speaking to me with the window door closed, have gotten up to the window and the older women will not say a single word to me, also have waited over an hour for 2 burgers and 2 fries with no explanation or apology from the staff. Food is mediocre and usually cold. Never seen such bad customer service in my life, I would avoid this place if I were you.
I hardly ever go there. However, my elderly mother wanted a hot dog meal. I decided to get her an order of onion rings. I gave her her food and there were 9 rings in the box. The worst part is, they were all double fried and hard as rocks. Here is a picture of the best of the 9 rings Oh and another strange thing. They must have ran out of lids for thier soft drinks and they put on a coffee lid on the cup!? Unacceptable
Do not order from here. The last 2 times we placed an order online (for fast pickup because they’re drive thru is always too low). The employees are too busy to acknowledge you for 25 minutes so you can have your prepare, paid for food sitting behind the counter. Resulting in cold take out. Yum ?
