We received excellent customer service yesterday when a mistake was made with my son’s order. They went above and beyond to make it right which we both really appreciated. The subs are always delicious and staff is always friendly.

Be prepared to wait if not ordering online, and even if you order online you’re likely waiting.With 4 people working behind their counter, I ordered 2 subs on a Monday night and it took them around 15 minutes to make. Lol.I honestly expected faster and better for the prices.
Seriously what are you guys smoking over there? Order 2 subs for the kids and they asked for cheeses for there meal and you guys send them Jalapeno cheeses...like come on use your brains!
Fantastic subs. Time to start playing music or something for your employees so it's not so much of a feeling of being in jail. Lol but no joke. Turn some music on also for your customers and create a comfortable environment. Cheers
The wait time was much longer than any other Firehouse Subs I've been to and there were plenty of staff present. Aside from that, the food is always good.
