Placed an order then was forced to wait 45 minutes, and watch people get served that ordered long after I did so I could pay overpay for a very mediocre sandwich that should have taken 5 minutes. One of the staff ladies actually gave me attitude when I voiced the extended wait time that "it will take 5 or 10 minutes to make an order" not realizing I had been waiting close to 40 minutes at that time. Even if the sandwiches were something special, (they are not) I wouldn't go back due to the terrible service.
The staff are friendly, quick and efficient and the sandwiches are absolutely amazing- stuffed full of ingredients and on the freshest of bread! So good every time- definitely one of the great things about being back home in Welland! The overall Value for Dollar/Bang for your Buck can NOT be beaten!

Always has the best & freshest sandwiches, from the bread to the toppings never been disappointed. Also the owner / staff always make you feel welcome. Got two “ regular “ sized sandwiches for 19$ and we could barely finish them. Made with fresh in house roasted turkey for that price it can’t be beat ? if you go to subway you really need to stop and go here ! For the same price you get way better meats and fresher toppings .
