It was bad three years ago when last visited. Thought I'd give it a try with new owners, its even worse. Burger was microwaved, with everything in bun, it was soup and poured out of the wrapper when served. Will be another three years, maybe
I order threw skip the dishes. And its a 50 / 50 chance you can order at any given time. They just close it regularly because there busy they say. Plus I never get a consistent order. I order same thing all the time and they never put enough in it. I always have to tell them to make sure they put the extra toppings in and to lable the lid so we know who's is who's. I literally would give 0 stars if I could.
Real great service. A girl name Simuran served me. We received Very patient and happy customer service. I would like to pass our thanks to her. Happy valentine's to her and the whole team.
Paid $60. for a large round Skor icecream cake, tasted horrible. White icecream had a texture like sand and tasted old. It was for a birthday. So disappointed.
You'll get exactly what you pay for and not a drop more. My partner worked here and the owner has a strict policy on giving the bare minimum to its patrons, highly recommend Cool Licks in town or other options first.
Worst experience ever they always never have banana splits and I have been there twice and got a combo dinner I get the burger and drink and always forget fries. I try to call however the line stays busy. Never losing money here again
If you place an order online you should be able to go in-store and pick up an order and not have to go through drive thru; it's a waste of time. Why should I have to wait in line when I pre-ordered a cake?
Super fast. We got the blizzard of the month and it was pretty darn good.
The worse dairy queen ever! They make your order way to fast always melted. That's if they don't screw it up first. $16 for melted goo. Never again
My son and I went through drive through asked for an extreme blizzard, one that we had picked from thier website, answer was NO. So we asked for some fudge sauce to be added to the blizzard we ordered, the answer was NO, the lady on the speaker was VERY RUDE when she spoke to me, like I was kinda stunned at how rude she was. The icecream we got was not good, there wasn't much in that blizzard. What the heck is going on with this place, they used to be so friendly and the icecream was the best...not anymore at this location. We won't be back.
