I went in as a group of four for dinner. 2/4 of the meals were a steak, both of which were significantly over done, medium was ordered and well done was received. The order was redone and we took it as take out, only to get home and realize that it was again well done. The side to this order was incorrect as well. The wait for this food was over an hour. Although the pricing is good, you get what you pay for. There were no complaints on the service.
My first time at this restaurant, on a double date.Menu had numerous foods, was thoroughly pleased with the presentation of my order. Although, i had ordered buffalo strips, i was expecting to be asked if i would like them mild, medium or hot. I expected it to be spicy, but it was sweet.Our server was excellent.Very clean atmosphere, will definitely go there again.
I ordered surf&turf and he the smoke house burger.....it tastes better than it looks ... came fast a little cold for our taste server was amazingly sweet and accommodating all and all I'm happy ... it's Welland.....
Half price appetizers after nine! Our server Brittany was very nice and attentive, and food was good especially for the price you’re paying!
My Steak was perfectly cooked. The waitress was awesome. I'll definitely go back!!.
Ordered from the Welland location for take out. Both entrees were delicious, the strip loin steak cooked to a perfect med. rare and the ribs the best we have ever had. There was more french fries than we could eat. The side order of mushrooms well worth the price. The staff was friendly and the order was right on time. Highly recommend.
We went at lunch and server was super friendly and accommodating. She mentioned that we may have to wait a while as a team was also there and their order was put in before ours. We explained we needed our food quickly as we had to get to another game so thankfully she accommodated us and was able to get our food brought over within 10 mins from when she spoke to us. Food is great esp if you enjoy a good burger and fries ($8) and fish and chips (1 pc with fries fish-portion quite large) $13. Not often you will find a place with reasonable prices for food these days. Definitely a place I would recommend!!!
I was never a fan of chucks food but this was the worst so far..got fish and chips..got about 10 fries and two pieces of fish that are clearly frozen fillets and it cost $17.99..not even a bit of coleslaw..I ordered gravy on the side and never got it and then got charged for it and when I told server I didn't get the gravy she insisted that she brought it..my son ordered the chucks double burger and the way it's described on the menu it sounds so huge and delicious, but no it was quite small and he also got about 10 fries..also 17.99..husband got the bacon burger and same scenario! My tiny glass of wine took about 15 to 20 mins to get to me...none of my family will ever be back to any chucks restaurant..will take my money elsewhere!
Just ordered take out here for the first time ever. While the service was very good and the food was very delicious I'm a little disappointed at the lack of French fries that came with the meals. Most places pack the fries in with their meals. $54 for our family meal, that is quite a lot to ask for such little return on one of the cheapest ingredients.I will come back again but I will address this before I place my order.
Had an amazing experience. I received my appetizers and beer very quickly, the actual meal came very fast aswell. I expected everything to be an hour and a half, 2 hour experience but we were literally in and out within the hour. I recieved excellent service included with this I would recommend this location to anyone and definately would come back.
