Had a wonderful time at open mic lastnight! We have frequented cheers often and it has always been a fantastic experience. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our server lastnight, I believe her name was Emily. It was her first time serving there alone and she rocked it! My first time in this place. I drive by a lot and finally went in. It's a cozy atmosphere with a local vibe. The wait staff welcomed us and we felt at home. Fish and chips were the choice for us , and we weren't disappointed. I'll go back.
Our server was very nice, food was prepared quickly and my boyfriend said the fish tacos were amazing

I ordered on skip.The cheer burger was amazing. The bacon in the burger was thick and super tasty. The burger came with some thick cut fries. They were not stingy with the portions at all.I loved the burger tons.I understand things happen so I am still giving this restaurant a 5.
Just ordered food from here off skip. Food was okay. We did get a fishy smell from the wings and what we're assuming/hoping is that maybe they were fried in the same fryer/oil as the fish which would explain the fishy smell. Unfortunately, we did not continue to eat the wings but the burger and fries were good and the taco potato skins is not something I will order in take out ever again - probably more ideal to order pub food while actually sitting at the pub to ensure freshness. Maybe clean oil more often or fry fish and wings in separate batches of oil if restaurant has the equipment to do so.
The Bartender that took our takeout order over the phone was great. Very friendly.I've eaten at cheers before and was pleased but that was pretty pandemic.This time I was quite disappointed at the food. A large nacho consisted of a half full Styrofoam container. The wings were overdone and definitely under portioned.I called to inform them of my disappointment and was told that "the cook always overloads the nachos "...nope. I will give them another shot but this was definitely discouraging.Follow up to the response from the owner.I appreciate you reaching out. I assure you that there was no offer to remake or refund or make it right in any shape form or way. Having said that, the problem wasn't the actual nachos....they were fine. The issue was the fact of how little there were for the price charged and for that being a large.When I called her back to voice my concerns, it was immediately upon opening everything. Had there been an offer to resolve or replace, I would have taken it before eating the meal.Cheers.
