Ordered the new habanero burger. It looked nothing like the picture. There was zero thought it care put into making the burger. Very disappointed with burger King and will not be eating there again.
There was a crazy rude customer yelling at the employees for something that was not their fault and it prompted me to leave this review. I’ve been going to this Burger King for years and they have never let me down! The staff is friendly the service is quick and the food is always assembled properly. This is one of the best managed burger kings I’ve ever been to so keep doing what you’re doing! Thanks for all the whoppers.
We just went here for lunch everything was amazing. The chicken tenders were crispy. The chicken sandwich was good! Saving the burger and the fries for later but excellent service from everybody working here very friendly staff will definitely come back for
After ordering thru skip the dishes I had to come back twice yes twice to get my order right. Skip did there job correctly. Burger King on the other hand After coming back the second time After they supposedly fixed my order the first time I was rudly helped. I am very unimpressed and very unhappy with the quality of service and customer service at this establishment. I recommend not going here as they really don't care about their customers.
Although this location was just re opened after major renovations, the drive through was very slow. The Big King deal was definitely value priced. Next time Whopers for sure. The food was still the same, at least that's what I believe. The customer service was friendly although you could easily notice their anxiety with long waits for patrons going through the drive through. I will go here again and update the review S needed.
The food is awesome, but the service is very slow at the lunch time. I waited 40 minutes to get my food. It supposed to be a "fast food" restaurant.
Friendly, courteous staff but hamburger was cold, fries were hot. There was a huge line in drive thru so thought everything would be piping hot but that was not so...had 2 whoppers and 1 chicken sandwich and both burger patties were cold and tasted like cardboard, chicken sandwich was lukewarm and was ok tasting! Will not be back!
Very polite and friendly service on the drive thru. Looking forward to when the renovations are done so I can dine in the the boys and scarf down some burgers Jughead styles.
Always a fan of the Welland BK, been enjoying their chicken sandwiches since the olden days.Interested to see how the place will look once the renovations are done.The new takeout screen/board is a definite upgrade from the rickety one from ages ago.
5 stars for this Burger King location, especially for the staff member Sahil Sikka, he always goes above and beyond.
