Absolutely terrible service. Tried to take my kids out for dinner. Sat at the booth for 40 minutes while the servers walked passed and looked right at me and never took our order. After 40 minutes of sitting there a couple gets seated and the server went and took drink orders almost instantly. Just left with 2 starving kids and I won't be back
Went here for lunch with a local. Plenty of tables inside but we opted to sit in the patio area, the big umbrellas definitely needed. Staff were efficient throughout. There are daily specials or you can order off the main menu. The range of options is impressive. Nice to see some non-run of the mill appetizers like cactus cut potatoes or spinach and artichoke dip. You might have a hard time choosing your main course from all the options, be it eight pasta dishes, four pizza sizes, various soups, nice salads, a variety of sandwiches and burgers, quite apart from ten flavours of chicken wings. I opted for the jambalaya fettuccine, consisting of grilled chicken, shrimp, spicy Italian sausage, green peppers/onions, tomatoes, Cajun spices, marinara sauce and a slice of garlic bread. It was very good but so filling. I wound up skipping dinner. For those with an even bigger appetite, there are four desserts you can try.
Had a red sangria with some wings and a bite size brownie. Food was delicious and my server Mike was fantastic! Very polite, quick and attentive. Will come back again

Wecomed at the door...seated promptly..excellent knowledgeable server.who was very accommodating.Garden salad delightful my friend and i shared it but had i known it was that tasty i would have got my own.Main dish pasta with spinach and mushrooms in an alfredo sauce.we added shrimp.Absolutely delicious huge serving which allowed a takeaway. Very overall impressed. Prices reasonable!!Would definitely return again and again.
Boston Pizza in Welland, they forgot my extra celery carrots and blue. I did receive one of each hot and soggy in with my dry overcooked wings I ordered to be saucy though. The 8 slice pizza was so small each slice could fit in the palm of your hand, it’s perfect if you’re feeding a 4 year old not 2 adults. The Pasta was overcooked as well. I called to just let them know it was unsatisfactory and they forgot a small order, I was left on hold for 6 mins. I called back to be told the managers are to busy to talk. Awesome right? Horrible food, horrible service and $70 wasted.
Beware of Vegan options, not vegan!!! We ordered the Vegan Hungry Herbivore Pizza. We stressed vegan but didnt know we should have said vegan cheese, this should have been a given! very shortly after we left we started to feel sick. After calling the restaurant we found out that the wait staff do not order this menu item as vegan unless you ask for vegan cheese. Not cool!!
