Service is consistently slow for dine in, drive through is an unresponsive/distracted experience. It’s highly likely that you will not be seen immediately if you go in to order at the cashier. The burgers were served cold. There is only one employee I wouldn’t criticize there, he is attentive and works hard. I saw him get yelled at by the old woman in the kitchen.
Absolutely worst experience me and my friends gave ever had. Went in to try the new breakfast menu knowing the quality of Wendy's food has been higher than most fast food establishments. Not this one. We put our orders in, the store was absolutely dead almost no one in drive thru and still took around 20 minutes of waiting to get our food. We decided to try the new breakfast sandwiches with the croissants, biscuits,etc. 20 minutes is normally not a big deal when waiting as that probably just means it needs to be cooked fresh. When we got to our car to eat the food we open our sandwiches and every single one was missing both sausage/bacon that we paid for, buns were cold, eggs weren't even close to cooked. They looked like they were beaten with a potato masher, they were runny and tasted rancid. At the very least just make sure things are cooked. This store needs to be shut down. Service is terrible. Absolute health hazard. DONT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, the food was so bad we literally threw it out immediately and went straight to the McDonald's to eat.
I don't usually post but this time it was needed. My whole family went to day .As I was ordering the girl had a head set on . She missed so much of what I asked for. Missed the lemonade & argrued about it with me . Then when I went up because the cheese potatoe was missed the Manger just didn't care basically was telling me off . Needless to say I paid for the potatoe. Then she went to the back & spoke in some other language & I know it was about me . I was so mad & disappointed in the customer service .I thought in business you NEVER speck another language but English.By the time I got to eat everything was cold .I don't know what has changed but it is not good . The workers used to care about there jobs but not anymore .I would not encourage anyone to work there . Wendy's needs to step up there standers .
I went in to order so I could ask if I could substitute nachos or chili for the fries in a combo and was told that I couldn't. Oh well. I ended up ordering$30+ in food and brought it home. After unpacking my food, an order of fries was missing. Living a short distance away, I decided to go back for the fries they missed. The manager, who packed the bags, said she didn't forget the fries. I told her if I didn't live so close I wouldn't be back here for the fries she missed. She wasn't going to give me the fries until I said I would return the whole order for my money back and film myself putting everything back into the bags so she could see that she missed them. Very poor customer service, I haven't worked in the fast food industry for 30 years and I still know the customer is always right, especially if it's only about a small order of fries.
Person in the drive-thru was so rude i almost drove away. After placing my order i went to the window and the person did not say a single word to me. Just threw the machine in my face, passed me my drink aggressively and then tossed my bag. Without saying a single word.If you don’t like your job, quit. (:
Never had a great experience here. The manager lady seems to be the only person who cares about her job. Went for breakfast and they offered me a hamburger because they didn't have any of the breakfast stuff except eggs and bacon. It took 20 min for me to get an egg on a hamburger bun with 1 piece of bacon. Then next guy who came in was told they were only offering lunch at 930 in the morning.
Customers inside were leaving, due to the wait time. Not that they were very busy, workers took very high priority for drive threw ONLY. Was like a 10/1 Ratio that day, serve 10 in drive threw and ONLY 1 inside? Also customer asked for work frys
Many tables had not been wiped. Very cold air blowing from the vents, even though it is cold outside....had to wear our coats. Staff members were very loudly, on the verge of yelling (sounded to be arguing) in their language, and then crying, disturbing those of us in the dining room trying to enjoy a meal. I'll be sure to find another place to dine in the future.
This place used to be so much better... now it's the dirtiest Wendy's I've seen.Even the burgers that I used to love tasted.... off? Not the best Wendy's by far. Management should be ashamed. Under staffed or not it should not look like this at 430 in the afternoon on a Thursday.
Listen to person on the other side of the drivethru. Use your finger to put in the items they are asking for. Thank them for their time.This place gets orders wrong so many times it's insane. I love getting a Dave single for the price of your most expensive burger. You know, the one I actually ordered. Maybe it the staff wasn't laughing like they are at the bar and they were paying attention this location would have at least a 4 star. But you guys don't truly care about Google review, do you??
