Food - 4/5Service - 4/5Ambiance - 3/5Price - ModerateOrdered Samosas and Gulab Jamun. Both were amazing. Samosas were crispy and tasty! Looking forward to try more dishes from here. Chutney was a bit sour, other than that. It is a must try!

The food over here is simply amazing... It's one of the best biryani in Waterloo i have ever had ... The price is also affordable and the seatings were also quite good... What mostly impressed me was the behaviour of the restaurant owner, she was very humble and polite and the service was very quick and efficient... Really loved it and will definitely come back for more again

Great customer service and delicious food

I loved the overall experience right from ordering, customizing the order, and the food itself. I don't prefer wraps in naan and they happily took the request to change it to paratha (much better). I love the tikka here and the Biryani was decent.I'm looking forward to trying more things here.

They serve authentic Indoan and Pakistani food. The catch is, for items you can try before buying the dish. The people at the restaurant are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

Visited Urwa for the first time today and had a great experience. We had Lahore fish, fries and chicken Biryani. The staff member, Sakshi was super friendly and efficient. Definitely coming back.

Bad taste and hair in food.We ordered chicken Malai wrap and a chicken bihari wrap and were disappointed by both of them.. did not taste how bihari or malai chicken is supposed to taste like, it was just full of orange food colour and chaat masala. We found a hair (pic attached) at the bottom of wrap. When we complained they said they first suggested we eat the second half of the wrap since "there's no hair in it" and when we asked to replace they said they can't make a half roll so just take an appetizer instead. How crazy. Even if the hair is in one half of it you're supposed to replace the whole thing. Afterwards the girl suggested we come back later and owner will give us something. How do I know when the owner is there, and what about my dinner now, how do I prove it to the owner later and why would I ever want to take my business back there anyway? After I asked her all these she suggested she can make a half roll. Also they weren't checking Vax pass for dine in even when it was required to be checked.Tldr. Avoid this place.

Very delicious food, friendly and lovely staff. Always fresh and hot, would highly recommend it.

The local Indian/Pakistani restaurant that does not disappoint you!!!We decided to choose this restaurant based on our friend's suggestion of their Aaloo/Halwa Puri breakfast. We loved it!!!We ordered the traditional Aaloo/Halwa Puri breakfast and tandoori chicken platter with 4 types of tandoori chicken and chicken keema! When I told them this is our first time they added little portion of Briyani to out order for taste! They lost one star since they do not have handicapped accessible entrance. They might have handicapped accessible parking but everything was covered in snow so not sure. However, there is enough parking spaces since it is part of a plaza. The restaurant is not too big and they do have little space for dine-in however they have a large variety of items to serve. I was able to locate the washroom however didn't use so not sure if it is handicapped accessible. They have special prices for certain items based on the day of the week. We are definitely looking forward to trying out those items. The quantity of the food was really good. They could definitely use a bit more spices but I guess we should mention that at the time of order. Here is feedback on the food:The breakfast - Aaloo, chole, Halwa n Puri is a traditional breakfast and they do a great job on that. We liked the aaloo more than chole which could use some more spices. The puries were BIG and definitely 2 are good for an adult. The Halwa was pretty good, not too sweet which was the best part. Overall it was good and heavy breakfast. Pls make sure to order based on the number of people or you might end up ordering much more than required. The tandoori chicken platter - this was a mixed one for us. We liked some and didn't like some. I don't remember their names now but the green n red ones we liked the most since they are spicy and others were not so much. The quality of chicken was good so definitely worth a try.Chicken keema - this was a standard dish so cannot comment much. Yes it was good and again the quality of chicken was good too. If you are ordering this then make sure to ask them to make it enough spicy if you like spicy. The Briyani - the Briyani sample was really good. Thank you so much for sharing. We are definitely going to get it on next Monday ?Overall really good place. Didn't disappoint us so we are going to be a regular here for our Indian/Pakistani cuisines.Keep up the good flavors!! ?

We are really amazed with the the flavourful dishes we have been served at Urwa's. Our lovely attendant Saman has attended and served us sweetly with a happy face and sweet voice. And a great thanks to the wonderful chefs for the tasty dishes!!!!!
