used to be good, but the company is getting more and more cheap and rips you off. The prices are way too high for a fast food joint that does not allow you to add an extra sauce or topping. Used to be a fan but will never be going back, too expensive for fast-food quality food that will make you feel sick after. Paired with the fact that their portion sizes are ridiculously small and the employees are so stingy. WHO SERVES POUTINE WITHOUT GRAVY LIKE WHAT LOL. Better off going to Lazeez, and get your bang for your buck. Would give 0 stars if I could
Great food and the amazing service!!!The restaurant manager Rupali , she is the best. She explained very well about the food as we were trying this place for the first time. The food was so delicious with lots of flavours and they were all fresh. Their sauces and chutneys are so good!!! Definitely visiting this place again.
The portions keep getting smaller and they weren't that big to begin with. Also as the portions get smaller the price gets bigger. Absolute joke to have these prices while serving Indian street food. The whole Indian food core around here is overpriced with no one really being exceptionally good. Places in Mississauga and Brampton are way better in taste and portions size considering the price. Kinda just disappointed at another food flop.
The BEST! The food is always fresh and so delicious. There are also many plant based options for vegans like myself :) the service is great and the manager Mamisha is amazing!
Non veg thali is supposed to have non vegetarian as main course not as a side. There are charging $19 for rice full of chutney and chicken on sides. Disappointed
I got samosa chaat for my first order, it was not worth a pennyI recently ordered 2 veggie burroti with different stuff, they did not label them. It must be common sense. The food was not good either. I felt so bad throwing the wraps away!Would actively discourage the reader to order from this place :(
Had the best experience ever. The flavour of the food was immaculate. I ordered samosa chaat and rice bowl with butter chicken. The food was very fresh and I even watched them prepare it. The samosa chaat is hands down the best and will definitely be getting it more in the future. Any time my husband and I want to eat out we always suggest this place. Quality and Quantity was 10/10. 1 rice bowl with your choice of protein is enough for 2 servings.I had a bit of an issue beforehand so I called them and had it addressed and resolved within a day. Thank you so much to Manisha Nagpal who I got in contact with to address the issue and Jay and Vaibhav who resolved it.
Delicious meal and substantial portion. I ordered the choice where you make your own meal from available options and the worker was very helpful and friendly. She made it easy and encouraged me even when I was indecisive. The wall of the place even had a cool set of photos that showed the nutritional benefits of Indian-food staples. Great experience!
I had originally visited TWI in Waterloo in early September 2021. I had an unusually longer wait time and there was an issue with my experience as a customer. I had expressed my review online and the owner addressed my issues quickly and offered a resolution. Unfortunately, I was back on the West Coast. As an alternative, the owner offered a resolution for my son who was still studying in the Waterloo region. Not only am I happy by their response/correspondence, but also their offer of a resolution for my son instead of me. Great customer service when I couldn't be a customer again. I would highly recommend. Also..the food was fantastic!
My daughter recommended this place and we got the Rice Bowls tonight, just so delicious. Filled with vegetables, yogurt, brown rice, chicken, medium spice, special sauce, and absolutely wonderful. I wish I could publicly get you the recognition you deserve as this was a fantastic meal and we'll be back as regulars and I will spread the word on how great your food is. What a special treat. Thank you!
