Amazing customer service. There wasn't extra sauce and I let them know and they corrected the issue. Best pizza ? and value in kW.
We normally order from a specific different location, we ordered online and for some reason the store location changed to here. But we received our order and both pizzas were paper thin and tasted horrible! We called back immediately to complain and they tell us that all they can do is give us a free pizza and free delivery next time…we told them we didn’t want another pizza and to just give our money back.. they refused and again offered the free pizza. I’m sorry, but giving us another pizza after eating 2 pizzas doesn’t do justice.
Ordered for a specific time for a birthday party, arrived exactly when expected. One issue they were a little over cooked but teens still ate them so was okay.
Really I m get two Godzilla deals and I find it very delicious with only 25$And they have a good teams and they start doing discount on the prices
Got from here for the first time. 3/4 of the sodas I got were the wrong kind, didn’t receive the 3 dipping sauces I paid for. And all that only for the pizza to amount to a thin greasy “extra large” pizza that barely sized up to a casual large
Please pay your delivery guys more and train them how not to be racist .... or just say we don’t serve Indians .... I am not going back to this shot hole even if someone payed me
That store was great until the new middle aged guy started working there. Never felt comfortable about him in the past, but when I went to get my order one night, that guy just started threatening and swearing at one of the uber eats or skip the dishes guy. He did it again to another pick up guy another time I was there. Thankfully he never did anything to me, but that place is just going downhill now ever since he started working there. Absolutely appalling behaviour. Go to the other one in laurelwood, they're much better there.
I called a guy and he said i have to pick up from the store as store is super busy, i said i will pay the delivery fees he was continuously saying he can’t do that after some time he said they will deliver pizza after 40 minutes when the store will be closed so i called again to cancel the order he started arguing and hung up. Disgusting was an indian gujrati guy on the phone
Sometimes it's the best pizza in KW, extremely good. But even though I always order extra sauce, I only get it maybe half the time. So that keeps me from giving them five stars. Please, if you all are reading this, please put extra sauce on my pizza when I order extra sauce!
I had a few visitors come over last friday night, and ordered from here and spoke to Mike and he was very helpful and provided great customer service, he made my pizzas perfect, if you order here ask for mike you wont be dissapointed!
