Ordered the Tonkotsu Black.Pork is charred nicely and very flavourful. Pretty unrated place to get ramen, as you’d usually think to go here for just the matcha flavoured drinks and pastries.Don’t sleep on this place.
Nice to have it in Waterloo and I love the variety they offer with matcha combinations.Must try their ice creams/sundae
New matcha dessert in Waterloo area. The owners were super sweet and provided great service, however they were a bit short staffed. Got the Yuzu Citron Parfait - it was very refreshing and enjoyable. The ice cream was not too sweet and had a subtle tea flavour, and the middle of the parfait was a sweet yogurt like liquid. There was also citron jelly at the bottom. There was also different unique cheesecake and other cake slices sold at the front. Would recommend if looking for a dessert place!
Nice interior and very clean looking.I come here when I want energy but not coffee. I quite like the adzuki latte. Hochika frappe is pretty good too but the yogurt layer is not always my favorite unless I throughly mix it in drink. 8/10
5 star food + 5 star customer service. Tsujiri has amazing and great quality Japanese desserts, completely agree with the other reviews.Customer service is also top notch! There was a missing parfait from our Ubereats delivery order and I assumed there was nothing I could do about it. But, a Tsujiri employee drove 40 minutes round trip in snowy weather to hand deliver the missing item from our order. When I answered the door, I was so surprised, amazing customer service is rare! Thank you Tsujiri for making things right :)
Such an amazing experience! We have visited their original store in the past, and loved their desserts. This time around, we ordered the usual assortment, and tried the unagi lunch. So authentic! Everything was meticulously packaged, and tasted fantastic! It was snowing today, and our uber driver accidentally forgot one of our items. One of the staff personally delivered the missing item, and it was completely above and beyond. Well done Tsujiri, welcome to Waterloo!

Good ice cream, really cool place! Ice cream was good, but I couldn’t really tell the different between the two flavours.
The quality of this place is phenomenal! Yes, this place is a little pricey but it's so worth it. I loved their soft serve matcha, it has the right balance of the tea, bitterness, and the sweetness from the ice cream.I try their matcha espresso as well, and I have to say that it is an acquired taste. I have to give them credit though because it is what it advertised to be, which is a really condensed version of green tea.I would recommend this place for all matcha fan!
I love Tsujiri, and am so happy there is now a Waterloo location. The matcha here is amazing, and every item I've tried here is delicious. The staff are also super friendly and kind. Highly recommend!
