The worst Tims in Waterloo or probably Canada... I asked for mayo on my sandwich and when they handed it me I asked three times, the woman said yes and when I got home... none. Ordered 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches, after paying the person told me they have no bacon and kept selling products with bacon on them and then telling the customers after they had no bacon... why didn't you tell me before, waited 10 min cause she said they'll put some in, told me they were out cause she dropped it on the floor, and they made me sausage breakfast sandwiches, I hate sausage and they didn't ask me if I wanted something else. The worse customer service, always frantic or lazy even though there is six of them.
We ordered our food, waited for 30mins, went up to ask them if our food was gonna be ready, all looked confused then ignored us for 10mins. Then one worker came and wrote down our orders on a wrapper
I just bought 2 french vanilla coffees around at 12:30 pm from drive throw and it’s only warm water. Such a bad service. I can’t expect this from tim.
I can never use the promotions in the app. Tried to redeem several times in different stores but the cashier just says”it doesn’t work”?! I always leave frustrated. Just a waste of time.
Out of all Timmies experiences the morning crew takes the cake on being fast, efficient, friendly & over all pleased to be there. Not expected to see all staff smiling all the time cracking jokes.I do give 4/5 due to it never being clean - I will never go to bathroom or sit down. However that being said - Heather - thank you for constantly remembering who I am when I come in, and not just me other customers who have been assisted after or before me and easily notice your service goes to every person you meet. It could be months and remembers that my grandma suffers from Alzheimer's and the question "hope she's doing ok" is always asked and melts my heart.I appreciate you heather & morning crew at this tim hortons.
I have gone to this location quite frequently during the last two years. The staff is usually friendly. However, a regular coffee often either boiling lava hot or warm luke. For some reason, they can't get it right. Also, most of the time, when I order via a mobile app in advance (5-10 minutes), they probably forget about my order when I come to grab it, and I have to wait longer than people who are standing in a normal queue. What is the purpose of the app, then?
I’m convinced Waterloo has all the worst Tim Hortons in Ontario. This location has rude staff, arguing and questions customers who don’t get what they paid for (and it happens often). They are not efficient and have nothing in stock, but don’t tell you until you order. I waited in line for 10 minutes before giving up and leaving after not even moving forward.
Easily the worst Tim's in Canada. The staff treat walk-in customers like trash. Kinda bizarre experience actually and nothing like McDonald's up the street where their customer service is just amazing every time.
They close to never get your order right. Also the line at the drive through always takes so long not because they’re busy but because they’re so slow.
Rude manager asking customer to stand and wait for food while plenty of space available in the room. Slower than a fine dinning restaurant lmao.
