Visiting from Toronto and stopped off to get a cup of water for my puppy and they rudely told me no they cannot do that and that I’d have to purchase something in order to get a cup of water. This is the first time I’ve visited a drive thru and asked for a cup of water for my puppy and have been turned down. I went to the Burger King right across the street and they were glad to give me a cup of water as well as a free small unsalted fries for my puppy.

Very disappointed in Bedford Rd location no wifi only location l know of that doesn't..you have offers or points and don't have data don't come here to redeem..l not sure why Hortons head office doesn't come down on this location for know wifi...on.the brighter side large store lots of seating and require you to show proof of vaccine and must wear a mask..
They do a good job of getting the order correct the first time.
They are obligating all customers to prove vacina if want to stay inside...
The person who served my breakfast yesterday was rude and unwelcoming. I didn't get a chance to get her name but she was around mid age short heavyweight wearing glasses. She appeared to be a supervisor or someone who was there for a long time. I ask store owners to provide qualified friendly employees for sales. It was my first time going to this location and I won't go back.
I have had my breakfast here today. The restaurant was clean and peaceful with appropriate distancing. The patience, pleasant manners and kindness with which Azad’e explained and took my order, is highly appreciated with thanks. Such employees are asset for any organization. Cheers!Aug 3, 2021
