This Tim Horton's has the slowest service I have ever seen in my life. Be prepared to wait an eternity in the drive thru, or even inside. The simplest orders take way too long. Management should really be more on top of things.
This store would have had only one star from me if it wasn't for the very polite gentleman that served me other than that this store needs some major tlc or maybe the staff need to care just a little bit about the job. I walked into this location at around 3pm, most staff were congregated in the drive thru having a wonderful conversation by the looks of it. Meanwhile the gentleman serving me was trying very hard to make my order efficiently and quickly, which he could not do as he was being interrupted by other customers that required service. The only staff member that seemed to care was this poor young gentleman. On-top of that I had traveled for about two hours and was in need of using the facilities, which were appalling. I don't have a high standard for most public bathrooms, but when there's toilet paper all over the ground and none in either stalls that is the bare minimum. The men's bathrooms did not have any toilet paper as well as my husband needed to use the facilities as well but what really tops it off is that we returned here at around 7pm after we had gone hiking and the bathrooms were still in the same disarray after 4 hours. I think in general the bathrooms should be checked during shifts customers shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper. Again as I said the young gentleman that was fantastic in his efforts is the only reason this review has two stars.
I find they work hard to get it right and they respect the customer, communicating well when not acompletely new employee. I order here regularly for delivery as well. They always welcome a phone call for questions.
Been coming here for 9 years and this place has gone downhill! Worst trained staff. They prioritize the drive through even when it's packed and the store front is also full. Bring back the old staff!
Want to order off the "breakfast anytime" menu? Don't bother after 7pm because breakfast isn't served after 7pm even though it says "anytime" on their menu. Tim's seems very confusing about when and what food they serve throughout the day in KW. Never had this issue anywhere else.
The speed of the in store cashier is abysmal.A line of 3 people took 10 minutes to go through. Their only focus is on the drive-thru which encourages more people to do drive-thru backing up the parking lot and encouraging idle vehicles.I see at least 11 staff in here please at least put two on cashier inside.This is the last time I'll go to this location
4/5 of my last orders have been wrong. Also, they never put a spoon in with to go soup. You wait 10 min for lunch atleast it could be right! Friendly service but terrible at making the right food. Worth driving elsewhere!
Please start taking reusable mugs again. I didn't purchase and won't be back until you do. Your policy is lazy and not based on sound science about the virus
Way too much butter! Ordered a bagel with butter, bacon, and cheddar cheese, and I couldnt even eat the top half of the bagel. Even after wiping off globs of butter it was way too much
When I go to the university/bridge location my order is usually either wrong or missing something. Even when they repeat my order to me correctly they still somehow ring it in wrong. On the rare occasion they do get everything it looks like it was made by a 4 year old. Coffee is very inconsistent. I never know if I'm getting a regular or a triple triple. And to top it off their drive thru times are terrible. If there's more than 3-4 cars in line I don't even bother. Probably the worst location in kw
