So apparently this is how they make breakfast sandwiches here. And to top it off, where’s my sausage. Worst Tim’s location by far. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Zero stars if I could give it but forced to give 1 star. Stay clear of this location. Terrible, just terrible
Worst Tim Horton ever they messed up my order and when I call them, the lady that I spoke to instead of apology told me that I need to double check my order since they can't take a normal bagel with cream cheese order. I used to work in fast food and this isn't the right way to talk to a customer who got a wrong order.
There's casual xenophobia and then there's whatever I just experienced at their drive through at 07:30 this morning. Not everyone is fully familiar of all the variations of the menu. Usually BELT bagel means Bagel, Bacon, Egg, Lettuce and Tomato for a server to express irritation and impatience and to ask if it's a sausage Belt and if there should be egg on it makes no sense. If you hate foreigners then maybe don't work in a client facing role in Ontario! So disappointing and humiliating.
Wish I could give them -100 points if there were any. Haven’t seen such a rude staff ever especially the old ladies there. They treat others like it’s their mom’s store. I wondered if the owner of the store was same. I talked to a few people, turned out it was right. Recently, I saw the owner scolding her employees in a way that represented how unprofessional she is. Tim hortons must do something about this as this kind of branches destroy the whole tree.It happened to me not once, but multiple times, that’s when I reached out google reviews.I feel bad for employees working there.
Literally the worst tims in the city. I have dropped by a few times 10 mins before closing time and they have a chair on the inside closing the door? Even though it’s not closing time? The old lady there is just not polite at all. They’re also always yelling at the new employees …just not a spot to have coffee !
So I have been going to this Tim Hortons for a little under 2 years now. Let me tell you, this has been by far the worst location I have been to...ever! The baked goods are more often than not stale. I mean to the point where my wife has chipped teeth on 2 separate occasions... on a croissant. The coffee has grinds in the bottom 9 out of 10 times unless you ask them to make it in drive-thr, meaning they know they have this problem and haven't done anything about it in more than a year. On almost a daily basis I have to watch and listen to the manager yell at either a customer or her staff members, granted she didn't swear once however no human deserves to be spoken to the way she seems content to speak to just about anyone. I have witnessed and have been subjected to her frequent statements that she just doesn't care. With all of this being written out I'm am now realizing that there is one common denominator, the day time manager.
Not a bad place at all. It’s in a pretty busy area with no other Tim Hortons around for a little bit. Depending on the time you like in the morning will be a little busy and it will take a bit of time to get orders as many people go to this location. Selection with the baked goods they have are pretty decent and will provide satisfaction for you baked good hunger. The place over all decent nothing special as all tims are basically the same.
If it was possible to give 0 Stars that is what I would rate this location. The staff do not care. The manager does not care. I have personally heard the daytime manager during the week say on more than one occasion, "I don't care." They know the take out coffee machine is broken and again i was told by the manager she doesn't care because the drive thru one works and then she will remake your coffee with the drive thru machine. They serve day old pastries just to get rid of them while the fresh ones sit visible on a counter getting stales so they can sell the old ones. On one occasion when I complained a newer staff member said to the manager "but I'm not allowed till the old ones are gone" and she shushed him and told him to get a new one. This location is seriously the worst and it is 100% because of the daytime manager. Find another location, GO TO MCDONALDS just DON'T GO HERE!!!

This location is handy and usually really quick to order from... no issues with this establishment other than the COVID seating and me still being a non vax (who naturally survived Omicron)
