The service was very friendly however it was a tad slower than expected as the servers were quite busy and were also training new staff. Tried the Hipster burger - it was alright but nothing special and was a bit on the drier side (lacked condiments). The burger also came with avocado - felt like it should have been added with seasoning as the avocado did not add much to the burger in the way it was presented. The unlimited fries is always a nice plus, and the onion tower was delicious.
Burgers are very good here. tastu, juicy, what's not to love?
Went there with a party of 6 last week. We had 4 milkshakes and a couple of other drinks. These and the onion ring towers came about 30 minutes after seating. We placed our order and were forgotten about for over an hour, we were at a high traffic table and the restaurant was not busy. We heard our order get sent to the kitchen an hour after we placed it. Received bogo coupons for that location only, but left them as we likely wont return. No word from a manager the night this happened or after sending a survey and requesting to be contacted. We left hungry an hour and forty five minutes after being seated.
My husband picked up an order on march 8 to celebrate International Women's Day. Well, the celebration was ruined. We ordered a medium well burgers but ended up with completely burnt out ones. The one was so bad that my fingers smelled like smoke for the next hours and soap didn't help! Also, the pictures and the burgers are different - you see that the burger has a lettuce but in fact it doesn't. The salad (cutted veggies, huh) and poutine were ok.
8:55 pm - arrived at the restaurant.9:30 pm - got our food after half an hour wait even though there were only two of us in the restaurant and 2 servers9:52 pm - were asked if we needed a box to pack the food because they close at 10 pm.No one let us know in advance that we need to leave by 10 pm, and when we asked our server how they can expect guests to finish the food in half an hour she replied with “people usually don’t come here this late”.We have been here nearly a dozen times, but not coming back again due to the service. Do not recommend.Edit to the owner’s comment: I think you should reach out to customers, not us who are unhappy with the service.
Food tasted fine, but I feel like I need a shower after leaving this place. My table was grimy and sticking, like a movie theater floor. My drink was served in a measuring cup that was obviously not clean. Just gross.. stay away
I love the ambience of this place and LOVE the peanut butter/nutella shake (kid size is enough for me lol)However do not recommend the Impossibly sexy burger (I chose it becuase I was trying to go vegan), the patty was a bit burnt, it was hard to digest. Maybe it was cold and my stomach happened to be not at its best but later that night I had to throw up which hasn't happened to me in a year. I don't know what happened exactly, but paying 17$ plus tax with this experience isn't that great. and never choose lettuce bun, because that is just really not worth the burger experience.On the contrary side, my bf who got not your grandpa BBQ burger with buns and his whole dining experience is just amazing, and worth the price. He was really happy at the taste and I agree.So, yes, go with the traditional type of burger and shakes at this place.

My server Aly was terrible. 10/10 Karen. I asked for a fork for my salad. I don't know if she heard me wrong but when she handed me the fork, she gave me a lot of attitude and said I could ask nicely next time instead of being super rude to her. I then felt terrible for the whole dinner because I thought I had said something wrong but when I nicely asked for the bill, she again gave a lot of attitude and being super rude. She then refused to finish waiting our table and sent another server to give us our bills. We asked the new server if Aly could come talk to us to see what I said and what I did wrong but then she refused to come and said she was terribly busy even though there were 3 other tables in a fairly empty restaurant. She was also the manager on duty. The food is really good and I have been here a couple of other times yet I haven't ever encountered this type of server in my life.
Came here in 2018 and got the Bacon You Fancy Huh? burger. Our table also shared 2 onion towers. I have no complaints about the food, although it's nothing super special. I still remember having to wait a while to get our food which was longer than acceptable to be honest. To be completely honest, I wouldn't go back since the prices were pretty high and the wait was just too long for my liking.
