Ordered double cheeseburger and cheese fries pretty disappointedPatty was way too pink on the inside not cooked all the way throughThe cheese fries were soggy and mushy with the tiniest bit of cheese on top, which was pretty much solid while the fries were still hot.The only positive feedback I have is the short wait time. Overall poor first experience especially for the price
Food quality is good (tried one of the chicken burgers). Service leaves a bit to be desired. The gentleman taking the order was very professional, how ever the folks behind the counter in the kitchen could improve their etiquette while customers are in the shop. Lobby and counter top could use some care and tidying. Will try again in the future with hopes of a better customer experience:)
This place is amazing. Not only the food but the service. I come here weekly because it’s close to my work and I get a good bang for my buck. I never am disappointed. The staff remembers me and they always make my burger really well!! Probably my all time favourite burger and fries I have had. That’s why I keep coming back. Some days they are super slammed with customers and limited staff so if you have had a bad experience here I guarantee they were doing their best and things were probably just a little chaotic! I can’t get over how much I love this food and again, the service is great! When I call one of the girls literally has my order memorized and remembers my side of pickles I want even when I forget to ask for it. They are super sweet hard working staff and the food again is so good that I come every week because I know it is delicious and I won’t be disappointed for the money I spend !! Definitely give this place a try and if you have already and weren’t impressed I highly suggest you try again at a time where they maybe aren’t as busy! I love this restaurant
Edit: President reached out to make up for our experience. We tried the place again and the service was way better! We got our food hot and in a reasonable time since it's made fresh to order. The food ended up be delicious just a little greasy.Would give you a 0 star but since that's not an option you get a 1.Waited 40+ minutes for our order to find out they just left it sitting on the counter to get cold. The mushroom cap was rock solid and fries were stone cold, so it had to be sitting there for a good 20 minutes.Returned the food, was not offered fresh hot food to make it right and the girl working the cash didn't even know how to do a refund. Had to wait another 10 minutes for her to figure out how to refund.Didn't even get to try the food. Can't wait for the empty reply offering to make up the experience and then getting ghosted when having to follow through on it.
We waited for about 45 minutes outside in the car, they said they would bring us the food. Went in to see why it was taking so long and our food was cold sitting on the table ? took another 10 minutes to get a refund. Didn't get to try the food so can't comment on itEdit: we received compensation for our bad first experience and tried It again. Food was quite good. The high priest Tasted a lot like a big Mac without the diarrhea ?
Went to the King st west location..Step son and I ordered a combo..Upgraded to a milkshake.Turns out they charged full price for the shake and so ended up losing out of a canned drink. Literally just order the combo and a shake on the side..same price.We waited and no exaggeration for 40 minutes for a 2 burgers,,2 fries and 2 milkshakes, and when they finally handed it out to us.. my step son had no fries!!! we waited another couple minutes for the fries..There was NO line up.. only 2 people in their car and got their order within 5 minutes of us arriving.Absolutely cannot recommend anyone walking in and ordering.. call 2 days in advance to save the wait.
First time trying Burger’s Priest and It wasn’t a great first impression.Maybe I made a newbie mistake by not ordering a standard hamburger or cheeseburger for my first time.I ordered the California burger. It was a cheeseburger with secret sauce and sautéed onions on buttered buns.When I opened my burger I was surprised to see the buns looked like a couple of pancakes it was definitely bread but it was by no means a bun.The burger patty was good, the sauce was good. All very heavy rich. Add to this BUTTERED bread and it’s a coronary waiting to happen. There is absolutely no reason why this sandwich needs to be buttered.But it’s my fault for ordering this burger. But what’s with those buns?!?!Potential for four stars but based on this sandwich alone, it gets a three.
Found out 10 minutes after I ordered they didn't have the Portobello mushroom cap for my burger, asked if I wanted to switch to a double cheeseburger. I sad fine but to add mushrooms to the burger. They did not add any mushrooms. Got the chili cheese fries, they were a mix with some old dried out fries and some freshly undercooked fries. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch with added mayo and blue cheese, so three different sauces on it. The amount of total sauce was less than a half butter packet worth, plus the chicken was over cooked.Gave it the second star only because the staff were very friendly and polite.
I ordered for the first time just today. I have heard good things about this place. Over all was disappointed. For the price of the burgers they're nothing special. The patties only taste of pure salt. Not seasoned well at all.The fries tasted like they has been cooked in burnt oil then dumped in salt to cover up the taste. Tge burgers were 1/3rd of the size of the picture and pictures are altered don't get me wrong. Though it's comical how small it is. The toppings were all pretty basic which is fine. Though for the pricing I expected more than soggy toppings and only tasting salt. Though it wasn't totally horrible if you're craving a burger that isn't something you could make at home go somewhere elseI'm not saying everything from here is bad but 3 meals and 60 dollars wasted so I doubt I'll order from here again
If you are tired of franchise burgers then this place is for you. Take out only. On the expensive side but you get what you pay for.
