First time trying it and I was really intrigued by it. It was good, the mango was phenomenal and that shaved iced holy! I could eat that for days! It was so refreshing and the staff was super friendly and attentive. And prices were great! The sizes were amazing! I'm glade I only got the regular haha. Definitely coming back! Such a great experience.
Bingsu is a family favourite dessert place. The shaved ice is silky smooth and has a very close texture to ice cream.They are very popular on a warm summer night and the dishes take some time to make but are we'll worth the wait.
I tried "Injeolmi", it is always fun to try desserts of different cuisines. We also had couple of caramelized and Taro Tea's. Shop is also decorated with different portraits and tea cups. Loved it
Cute shop located in a very clean area. Tried the injeolmi and mango bingsu, really good! On the sweet side as the shaved ice is actually some sort of shaved frozen condensed milk but it makes for a good dessert (esp on a hot day). There were less toppings then on a typical bingsu but the frozen condensed milk made up for the taste. T'was a bit on the expensive side (~$16 per regular bingsu, shown in pic) but what isn't nowadays.
So glad to have our own bingsu place in Waterloo! The shop is very cute, they have boba along with many other delicious desserts. It was my second time here and I got the injoelmi bingsu, it was 10/10! The staff was sweet and accommodating. Would definitely recommend the bingsu for a sweet treat if you're in uptown Waterloo:)
This was my second time coming to The Bingsu and it was really good! I tried the injeolmi and mango bingsus here before and decided to get mango again with my friend and add the cheesecake bites. It was really refreshing and perfect to share with other pals! Definitely come try this place if you’re in uptown!
I tried their mango shaved ice which had mango chunks, mango ice cream, and mango syrup, topped with almond flakes ? I found the almond flakes to be a perfect addition as it added a nice texture!Check out my IG page @kellychows for more! ?
Came here a while back and loved the Mango Bingsu! It was very tasty and a huge portion! Perfect to share with a date ;) Would definitely recommend.
Really fantastic. Got the injeolmi bingsu and croffles. The bingsu was really better than a lot of cafes I went to in Korea so I felt absolute joy here — I want to come back every day!!
Got the black sesame bingsu - super tasty! I tried a friend’s injeolmi and liked it even better - will likely get that one next time! Lost a star because the black sesame has been changed and is not reflected in the menu, which confused and disappointed me after I ordered. It is no longer with almond bits and butter pecan ice cream, but apparently with red bean topping and vanilla ice cream. Please update the menu and pictures both in store and online!
