Nice big open dining room with high ceilings and a slightly industrial theme going on.Servers were very polite, upbeat and knowledgeable and the food quality was spot on,I had the Short Rib Gnocchi and it was amazing.Highly recommended *****
once again a fabulous meal with fantastic attentive service. Husband raved about his bacon and blue burger and the calamari and zucchini fries were great for a light lunch in the mid afternoon. Best white sangria I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back...today's outing wasn't planned just where our walk took us.
Incredible. Such a nice rustic interior, service is really good. Parking was easy to find as well. Food is unreal. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Reasonably priced too for a nice restaurant like that! Loved it so much!!
We went on a weekend for dinner and it was quite packed since it was convocation weekend. Thankfully we had reservations so we didn’t wait too long.We got served our drinks and menus right away. We asked for hot water and got that very quickly too. For the starter, we got the Crispy Sundried Tomato Arancini Bites (13.95) and it was so crispy and the fior de latte cheese pull was amazing. Next, we got the Pesto Pollo ($19.95) because we saw the wood stove oven and we weren’t disappointed. We love white sauce based pizza and interestingly it came with some red sauce on top with the sundried tomatoes. The last thing we got was the Bacon & Blue Burger ($21.95), this wasn’t our favourite since the patty was overcooked and dry. As well, we couldn’t really taste the blue cheese which was a bit disappointing. However, the fries were crispy and well seasoned.The waiters always provide amazing service here, they are quick and very kind. We highly recommend the Bauer Kitchen!
Had the pleasure of dining here while visiting Waterloo. Oh my the duck wings were a fav of the families. The sauce very tasty honey garlic. I had the buttermilk chicken and fries which was also a delight. Rest of the family had pizza tried the firestarter and pesto pallo and calamari which we all could not finish. Kind of pricey but the service and food quality was impeccable. Would recommend the patio or inside plenty of seats and don't forget to try the 1litre of sangria.
Food is pretty bad. Chicken and waffles was actually gross. The 'fried chicken' was some sort of ground chicken mush. The waffles were ok but the chicken really ruined it. Salmon Benedict was not very good either. Biscuits were super hard and hollandaise sauce was gritty. Ordered a smoothie bowl as well which was so small that you could finish it in like 3-5 bites. Ridiculously small for $10. Ordered a special extra spicy Caesar that was zero percent spicy and 90% ice. Server was nice, good service. Bill was ~80$+tip so expensive for very disappointing food. Decor is very nice but I'm there to eat, not look at the walls.After some back and forth with management, I was offered another meal here… stay tuned for an update.

Went there with some friends. The patio is not open and they have really good vibes.We ordered different dishes. Burgers, Bowls and Pasta.The burger tastes really good and the fries are nice. The bowls were good too. The portion is nice. The pasta wasn't the best but i would say it was okay.Overall experience is good
Had a nice date night here good atmosphere, good food can be kinda loud on a Friday night but all in the fun. Some unique cocktails must try but if you get to the dessert after dinner drinks they are very much worth it. Steak and meat were good could bring more variety with grilled/sautéed veggies in the loop. But overall good ambiance, atmosphere food drinks and good company you will enjoy. Shout out to Stephen for taking care of us ?
Had an amazing experience at The Bauer Kitchen tonight. My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary and we have nothing but good things to say. The service was great our waitress was friendly and amazing. I have a dairy allergy and the restaurant was incredible with plant base items and alterations for allergies. Both the regular menu and plant based menu were great! Thank you so much, they even added a special treat at the end (completely dairy free + vegan)
