Ive been very disappointed in the quality and consistency of the vegan berry muffins for the last few months. The size of the muffins is very inconsistent which is disappointing considering the cost. Bought 2 muffins today and they were so overbaked I lost a significant part of the muffins just trying to unwrap them.
Best quiche in town. No regret that I ever came and visit one of the finest bakery in Waterloo, ON.
No seating in the cafe area itself, but you can ask the joint restaurant to sit down if there is space!
More a coffee shop than a full bakery. London Fog was delicious. The croissant was flaky but squashed. The bacon cheese scone was heavy but really flavourful. The ginger cookie was very ginger forward, crunchy on the outside and chewy in the center.
i love their quiche options - and their customer service is AMAZING. a few months ago, the employee felt that the one was a bit overcooked (which, i thought was totally fine) and she and the manager offered me some percent off - way to go above and beyond. really sweet employees, and also their drinks and food are great.
UNBELIEVABLY amazing service. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always willing to service with friendliness and. professionalism. The prices are a bit higher but the customer service and freshness of the products make it worth paying a little extra.

My first time in and I am absolutely amazed how incredible everything was! The food was phenomenal, the warm French onion dip is unreal! Our server was so friendly and inviting and helped to offer suggestions for drinks and food. She was very attentive without being overbearing and just made the entire experience a memorable one! Our drinks were so good and the cheesecake was the most amazing dessert I think I’ve ever had! Thanks Nakita for making our first time here amazing, we will definitely be back!
Love the baked goods here: the butter tarts are to die for, and the coffee was very good! No indoor seating so we were able to sit indoors at the Bauer kitchen next door.
