Managers such as Joe should wear appropriate work entire that identify themselves as an employee of the Taco Bell franchise and not tight black T shirts with no way to identify themselves. Additionally, customers should not have a manager attempt tp bully them into purchasing what they do not wish to purchase.Nothing against the food, I've been eating Taco Bell for at least the past 30 years. My issue is completely focused on the person identifying themselves as Joe. If you find yourself in a disagreement with him, make note it took 4 attempts to get him to commit to a "Yes" or "No" answer. He won't answer direct questions but instead will reference "store policy".The issue was simple, the menu has changed and my favorites are all gone. So I ordered new stuff without seeing the price, but when the order came to $37 for two people I asked them to cancel my request and I would come into the store to place a new order.I felt rushed outside and figured going inside where I could take my time from a distance was the best action. So my son and I agreed on a couple of the box meals, and then Joe started to call me out on the drive thru order, attempting to guilt me into buying it and stating it was store policy to prepare the meal within 2 minutes. I've never complained when drive thru has taken more than 2 minutes or when they have missed items in my order. If I was aware at the time of going to Taco Bell there was some sort of running clock when you started to speak with th drive thru operator, then I would have gone directly into the store.Loosen up the muscle shirt Joe and wear some work appropriate attire and don't call out paying customers because your team jump the order and started preparing it before everything was confirmed.I like Taco bell, I just don't care for Manager Joe.
I understand when places get busy it gets slow but this is ridiculous. There was less than 2 customers when I got to the store and by the time I got my order I didn’t even want it and there were over 10 other customers now in the store. As someone who works in the food industry this was ridiculous treatment. My partner was trying to order and was shushed while speaking. The drive thru was packed and being ignored. A woman came into complain after waiting with 3 others in drive thru no response. This service if you could even call it that was terrible. The owner should seriously consider restaffing.
I for some reason really like Taco Bell tacos,,, and this location gets them right,,, just like you have come to expect them. However having two restaurants in one makes the location a bit more disorganized than you'd maybe expect. Also the kitchen looks somewhat dirty. The staff also were seemingly having a personal argument,,, and this is not really something the customer I feel should have to see. Nonetheless good tacos.
Top notch, easily the best managed KFC/ Taco Bell Franchise around. Staff is always friendly and attentive to order taking. I very rarely have to wait to place an order.Other food establishments (even outside this franchise) could learn from this location.
This location is awful. Any of the times we have gone to it not only do we end up not receiving our entire order (last time a $10 chicken sandwhich was missing and they wouldn’t pick up their phone when we called when we arrived home), but staff are ignorant. Whenever you go through the drive thru you sit and wait for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to come on the speaker - the last couple of times I had to honk my horn in order to get someone to take my order. Went tonight at 10:25 and their doors were locked and nobody answered the drive thru speaker when the restaurant closes at 11pm (several people were trying to get their orders taken). New management is desperately needed.
I have gone to this place on and off every second Monday since the bogo taco started (if bought in person it's buy 2 tacos get 2) and today they charged me 3 tacos and only one free charging me an extra 2.10 which obviously isn't much but when I politely asked the manager that it was incorrect and if i couod get the difference back or another taco she was very abrupt and said I was wrong and was quick to brush it off I know they have been through a rough year with high demand and low supply so I sympathize but it left a bad experience for me and think I'll be not coming here for awhile. attached is the receipt to show the error.
Ordered the new spicy tacos. Got a couple shells of lettuce instead
Don't know why I keep giving this location another chance.... always cold and stale fries... never hot or fresh..
I’m so discouraged I showed up 10 minutes before the mall was closing and they wouldn’t serve me told me, that they were closed. There was literally a lineup of people waiting who would’ve purchased Taco Bell and they just told them all to go away.
They were having a problem with there credit and debit so you needed cash to pay. Had to wait for my order too. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even gave me a little food for all the problems. That is customer services!
