Discussing my sis and I went for lunch and as we got ready to eat we notice a Roach walking across the table I jump away from the table and my sister flip the Roach off the table with a napking to the floor so the server came over to see what was happening and we explained what happend to the server all she said was oh iam so sorry and that was it.I didn't eat my food I was gross out I have weak stomach I just couldn't eat it my sis did eat her food bcause we pay like $40.00Anyways. Never going there again !In the pictures you can see under the dining table garbage no wonder they have Roaches
Good and quick service. Food came out fast and was hot & fresh.Good portions sized chicken dinners, our table all did the 1/2 chicken meal and had plenty to take home for leftovers
My husband and I had an amazing waitress today. Dahlia. She was prompt and efficient with our order which was hot and delicious. We have found the Boardwalk location to be the better location in the K-W area. Keep up the amazing work
If i could give this location a 0 stars i would. It took for ever to take our order and an eternity to get our food. We had to ask for our appetizers after about a 20 minute wait, while we were eating those at least 4 tables walked out as they were tired of waiting. When our food finally arrived, to me it tasted watery moist but no flavor...We were seated at approximately 6:45 and didn't get out tell 8:40 an this with no after dinner chat.The booth were were seated at was not cleaned, there was sticky stuff on the table had to ask server to clean it.The people in the booth behind us heard asking for our appetizer and complaining and when they left, told us of their terrible experience from cold fries that they sent back to their extremely long wait and to order and get food.They said they would never come back to this location, and like us was the first time they had been at this location .In conclusion I do not recommend this Swiss Chalet.
I suggest staff do a tour of their kitchen as customers come in so customers can fill their own drinks, get napkins, ketchup etc, otherwise you will be SOL.Also give yourself at least 3hrs to dine at Swiss Chalet by the time you get your bill you are hungry for your next meal.I won’t even comment on the food!
Have had extremely slow service with both dine-in and take out. They consistently are under staffed. On our most recent online take out order we had to wait an additional 20 minutes past our scheduled pick up. The chicken was dry and tasteless and the sauce was watered down and the fries were soggy and cold. The condiments and utensils requested were missing. Overall, it was a poor experience, which unfortunately is consistent with other visits to this location. I will not return again.
Letting all customers to stay away from Swiss chalet on the broadwalk in kw. The service was so bad waiting over 1.5hr not even receiving food. People got up and left. A female customer went in the kitchen screaming how everyone was waiting. People had to even wait for the bill. Three tables got up and left and we left as well. We sat before everyone and never got our food.Serving fish in the menu and thankgoodness my husband asked I carry epipen for my allergy. They cook the fish in with the fries. The waitress stated take out was swamped. Not right for sitting customer having to wait.
Do not order online as it was an hour and 15 mins and still no food I called head office to cancel go with Uber or skip if you want food . Been to this location before to dine in if I would have known my delivery was coming from this location I would have never ordered .
Dining room is very nice hear. Clean and friendly service. We prefer this location because of the pleasant staff
Ordered an online order at 5pm March 11th , was assurred twice over the phone by employees that my order is being delivered. Order never came and was told by employees it got cancelled by their location. Was told it could take 2-3 days for money to be processed and returned to my account. Was put on hold only to be forgotten about. Had to call back and argue that to get them to refund my money right away, and they did. Very poor communication between employees and Managers. Nothing else was done and had to order food else where, didn't get food till 8pm at night, I would not recommend this location. My family has order from swiss chalet alot and this was by far the worst experence I have had with any resturant with no direction or resolution from employees. I am not one to make reviews, as I have worked retail and at a resturant. My mom never gets upset and had to get upset over the phone with an employee. We are very disappointed with the staff at this location. Had they tried to help us and called us whrn they decided to cancel our order due to location, even though we are down the road, things would be alot better. Instead we were left waiting with empty promises from employees assuring us our order is coming .
