Good service, good food. It's a bit odd that the menu options are different for online order than in-person (they had the options when asked but they weren't on the menu?) but it's probably related to the size of the chain.
Great service! Was pleasantly surprised at the good portions this time. Very enjoyable dinner!
Called in a take out order. Women on phone was very polite and efficient. Got to the restaurant food was ready and very hot. Checked order all was there. ( smelled amazing). Everything was to our liking. My youngest daughter loved all her food. She has never had Swiss chalet. She is a big fan.
Have not been to Swiss Chalet for over two years due to Covid but I am glad we went. Food was delicious, service even better. Family of 5 and the bill was $87 for dinner which is very reasonable! Highly recommend
We had a wonderful dinner tonight, despite some serious stress in the kitchen. The staff handled it well and with grace when explaining the situation to us, and when they had to turn guests away. Our server Lina was honest and attentive and very sweet.
The service is excellent, the waitresses are beyond kind, friendly, and helpful. But my food was not very good, all of our fries were over cooked, my chicken was extremely dry, the buns were so hard I could knock on it like a hockey puck, and my pierogies had a really hard outer shell that it hurt my mouth to bite them.However, other members of my party really enjoyed their food and thought it was excellent.I did have a really delicious piece of fudge cake at the end of the meal though!
My favourite location! This is the only Swiss chalet my family and I eat at. Waitress are good and fast. The only thing I find disappointing is how they changed the apple pie recipe, it just doesn’t taste the same anymore
I just ate my last ever Swiss Chalet meal. I cannot believe what arrived at our door, pathetic, soggy french fries and dried chicken in a cardboard box, my wife's chicken pot pie was worse than any cafeteria diner, more on the podium ranking next to a Swanson TV Dinner, yes Swanson got the gold! We ordered a side of spring rolls, the amount of grease that was included was Jiffy Lube certified! all of this served in worse packaging than McDonalds, unappetizing and tasted disgusting! To watch a company decline in the way that Swiss Chalet has over the past few years is not only dissapointing but points to corporate greed and lack of pride. So Sad! RIP Swiss Chalet!
Good1) Plenty parking.2) Reservation wasn’t required since there were enough tables.3) Reasonably priced menu.4) Staff and server were friendly and good with recommendations.5) Food arrived in reasonable time. And taste was good. I can’t anything that was worth complaining about.Bad1) I can’t recall anything that went bad in terms of service. We over-ordered. But It’s always good for takeout with left overs.I highly recommend this location. I’ve been to different locations in GTA before. But this location has won my heart with their excellent service.
It's our most favorite place to dine with family. Food is great and service is super!! We always have a good time at Swiss Chalet..
