I went today and there was unfortunately not a sign to inform customers that their machines were not working. I understand there was a major Rogers outage Friday but today is Sunday. There was no sign anywhere and not once were we told about certain payment types. Nonetheless, I came with a gift card and intended for this to cover most of my meal. When I went to pay, the manager rudely told me that the card won’t work as their machine doesn’t work. She continued with her work and left the new employee that was helping me at the register.
The service here was above average. I could've used some more home fries that came with my meal, since the portion seemed a bit bare. Not a deal breaker though.
A go to spot for breakfast food. It’s simple, relatively healthy, good portions and service is quick. The prices are also very reasonable.I’d suggest having the sunset super. Easier gets you the most food in my opinion.
Super friendly service, great menu and food with healthy and delicious options. Good prices. Early hours. We started our day there and went from great to better. Highly recommend.
All around the most solid breakfast I’ve had in a while. Food came quickly, tasted great, and with the best and most friendly service I’ve experienced from a place of this kind. Definitely would recommend!
The food is great and the restaurant feels clean and well taken care of, but what I found really stood out about this place was the exceptional customer service! All of the staff members were so friendly and welcoming! Even though we came at their busiest time of day, our waiter and all other staff members took the time to make us feel so welcome. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their customers dining experiences. I would highly recommend paying this place a visit!
Had the Eggs Benedict. Came with real home fries. Nothing deep fried. Overall food was good and a bit pricey. However you get what you pay for so well worth it. A treat but not a cheap breakfast.
Stopped in here this morning for breakfast. The wait was reasonable, but at no time did the server do a food check to see if everything was ok. I wasn't offered a refill on my coffee even though a table of 4 were offered refills and they got there after I did. I wasn't impressed and my $2 tip reflected that. I won't be back. Took 45 minutes to get the food. Waiting that long never a pleasant experience. Food was okay. Had better experience at other sunset grill locations
One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a breakfast diner. Ridiculous wait times, even when the restaurant is practically empty. Food comes out cold, servers barely come around and are not knowledgeable about products. I would give zero stars if that was possible.
