Best subway ever!! Highly recommended, Employees are so well respected and polite towards the customers.
What an Indian rude girl on the counter.She didn’t even know how to take order.I asked for veggie sub with veggie patty and she started fighting with me because she doesn’t have patty.I wanted to cancel the order.I told her I can’t eat it without veggie patty but she was forcing me to pay.Before taking order she must know what they have or not.She doesn’t even know how to treat with customers.It was such a pathetic experience there.I wanted to talk with manager but I didn’t see any manager there.
Terrible customer service every single time I come here. Its always the same people so this is not a one-off situation. My most recent experience I asked to add something to my sub before there was even sauce on it and the girl rolled her eyes like this is some absurd request.. They also wear airpods while serving you so there has been a few times theyve made mistakes since they cant hear what youre asking for.
Worst experience ever the girl who was serving was very rude and disgusting know how to deal with customers if you can’t make customers happy you don’t deserve to be there as a customer service representative never coming back
Worst service ever! I was denied a take out on November 5th at 7:50pm as they said they were closed while other stores were still serving. And when I asked for an explanation they told me they need time to wind up everything ?
Although I like the sub but today it was worst experience at this location. The girl who was making our sub, she was so rude and she doesn’t know about how to deal with the customers. Moreover when we ask her to put more chicken and we were ready to pay .. she said i wont be able to close it. It was so rude . Never come here again. Even when we told her to pack sub in two different wraps.. she was uttering something in her mouth .. like we dont see.. worst worker of the sub. I dont know her name .. but she was working on tuesday .. around 5 pm.
Very poor service from the front end . We wanted to grill the sub one employee said we can grill it , but the other employee said the grill is not working . Seriously they think we are idiots . I can understand the work load but they should greet properly and with proper brains ?? I think I will again visit them just to remind about their "NON WORKING "GRILLRIDICULOUS ???♂️
