This subway is the best in the KW region! It’s a shame about that old, little man that came in without a mask and tried to intimidate the employees. They handled it like champs though! Love subway!!

Worst customer service. When I asked for the deals, they themselves don’t know and there were looking here and there. They looked so lost and confused. Not even asking what we want or do we want anything. They forgot to put sauces and they started packing, when I asked them about sauces then they started opening n adding sauces. They also didn’t put the labels to differentiate between two subs which I have taken. Very bad service. Will never return to this location.

Food quality was fine. I didn’t like the line cook method of preparing my sandwich. My instructions were clear but she insisted on being cheap. Like 5 piece of olives? Seriously?I ask for black pepper and she barely puts any on the sandwich. This job needs an artist not an amateur who doesn’t understand what it means to satisfy the criteria of costumer service satisfaction.PS. They didn’t have whole wheat grain bread ? This franchise needs to be checked for service quality as their menu does not match what they have in stock...
I love my Subway. I go here at least once a week. I suggest using the app so you can avoid the lineups at lunch.
